Keto Chow Blondies

Keto Chow Blondies

Create your own version of blondies using Keto Chow and top it off with a delicious White Chocolate Drizzle.

Equipment

  • 8" x 8" pan

Ingredients

Blondies

Drizzle

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp sugar free white chocolate chips

Instructions

Blondies

  • Cream together butter, eggs, vanilla and erythritol.
  • Add your chosen flavor of Keto Chow and mix well.
  • Add to an 8x8 pan lined with parchment and grease.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Drizzle

  • While blondies are baking, melt butter over medium high heat.
  • Once boiling stir frequently until it turns amber (brown butter)
  • Remove from the heat and add white chocolate chips.
  • Stir until the chips melt completely.
  • Cool white chocolate sauce in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes and then drizzle over blondies and let it set for about 30 minutes. You can refrigerate to set the chocolate faster if you wish.

Notes

*This is very sweet so start with ⅛ cup erythritol and taste, then add more if desired. 
For a more custard taste, use ¼ cup brown erythritol in place of granulated erythritol.

  • We have a little trick we like to do with our drinks at restaurants, we put electrolytes down our straw then drink it up and it’s gone in a quick sip followed by a yummy drink.
  • How long does Keto Chow last in the fridge? If you use new heavy cream we have found it lasts up to 6 days.
  • Have you ever found butter clumps when you mix with butter? If this happens, put it in the microwave melt and shake, it fixes it every time.
  • Have you noticed the color is different when you mix avocado oil with keto chow or heavy cream with keto chow? It mixes up darker and has a stronger flavor. The chocolate tastes more like a chocolate fudge, with the cream it tastes more like milk chocolate. Avocado oil mixes up thinner and heavy cream thicker. Butter mixes up similar to avocado oil, but it tastes buttery. It is delicious.
  • Vanilla will be back in stock we think next week.
  • Why are the savory soup flavors so different? They are made with a beef & bone broth protein. They are dairy free. They taste different because they are different.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 packet sugar free Jello
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 13 ml MCT Oil
  • 50 ml heavy cream plus more for whipped cream topping, if desired
  • 50 grams Raspberry Cheesecake Keto Chow or your flavor of choice (we also recommend Strawberry or Natural Strawberry Keto Chow)

Instructions

  • Add Jello packet to 1/4 cup cold water and stir.
  • Boil 3/4 cup water, add to the mixture and whisk/blend it.
  • Add MCT oil and heavy cream and whisk/blend some more.
  • Add Keto Chow along with any additional flavorings you might want. Blend this really well, approximately 5 minutes.
  • If desired, whip up some of your heavy cream and put some on top when you eat it.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 ounces softened, unsalted butter adjust according to your macros
  • 1 serving Beef Soup Base Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
  • 14 ounces hot water
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • sea salt to taste
  • Swiss or Gruyere cheese optional

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy.
  • Garnish with grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese if desired.
  • You can combine the dry seasonings with the Keto Chow in advance and take it on the go for work, school, traveling or even camping. Make a larger batch and keep it on hand to use in cooking like you would French onion soup mix.

Most popular flavors of Keto Chow – update May 1 – Sept 30, 2019

We have 21 flavors of Keto Chow – that’s a lot of flavors! For people that are new to Keto Chow it’s a bit overwhelming – that’s actually the reason our “Starter Bundle” only has 6 flavors, so that we can get people started without them needing to “drink from the firehose.” I’ve published posts like this in the past but we’ve found that some of the flavors (Pumpkin Spice, Eggnog, the soup flavors) don’t do very well in the warmer months so I figured it was time to do a new “what are our most popular flavors” post. You can see the Aug-Dec2018 and Jan-May2019 posts for historical context if you wish. Of note: the #2 best seller is Chocolate Peanut Butter, this is despite the fact that we do not have samples available of that flavor (and likely will not ever have them because the machine that makes the samples gets clogged by the fat in the peanut flour).

Electrolyte Supplements – Individual “Rip Packs” available for all 3 varieties

We’re happy to announce that we now have pouches of ready-to-go individual serving size packets of the different Keto Chow Electrolyte Supplements. We had a limited quantity of the Electrolyte Drops but now we have them for the Fasting Drops and Magnesium Drops as well. You might be thinking: “wait, what are these?” it’s a tear-open individual serving. The Electrolyte Drops and Magnesium Drops are smaller and sized for a typical 16oz or 500ml water bottle. The Fasting Drops are about right for a 32 ounce or 1 liter bottle (or double dose in a 16oz/500ml bottle, which is what I do).

There are 50 of the smaller packets of the Electrolyte Drops or the Magnesium Drops and 25 of the larger Fasting Drops packets in each pouch.
