Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries (12 oz.) sorted and rinsed
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup granulated erythritol (5 oz.)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 serving Pumpkin Spice Caramel Keto Chow
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
  • 10-20 drops liquid stevia
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. toasted pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • To make the cranberry sauce place the cranberries, water, erythritol, and cinnamon stick in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries have all popped.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick and transfer the sauce to a container. For clear cranberry sauce, strain it through a sieve to remove skins. Let chill completely.
  • To make the yogurt, combine Greek yogurt, coconut cream, and the Keto Chow in a large mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  • Add the vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and stevia; mix well.
  • To assemble, place 1/4 cup chilled cranberry sauce in the bottom of each bowl.
  • Top the cranberry sauce in each bowl with 1/2 cup of the yogurt.
  • Mix the walnuts and pumpkin seeds together and sprinkle about one Tbsp. over each bowl.
  • Let chill at least an hour for the best flavor.
  • Wrap tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to five days.

It’s chocolate.. what’s not to love?!

Yay! A smooth creamy chocolatey milkshake, of COURSE I love it! I used mostly butter with a smidge of heavy cream just because, and let it sit overnight to my utter surprise and delight the next day.. JUST like hershey’s chocolate milk but better, thicker, and all grown up. This is backup worthy and a comfort in the world where everything’s haywire, I’m happy as a kid with a straw and the bottom of the glass coming too fast!

Chocolate is Amazing

This is my 4th flavor, but I opted to get the Chocolate Bulk Pack because it happened to be on sale. I’d already tried the Mocha and Chocolate Mint, so I figured this one would be good. I make it with heavy cream and water. I find myself craving it, it tastes that good. Looking forward to other flavors! As for the bulk pack, other than initially having to dig for the scoop, I’ve had no problems with the bag. It seals easily, which is really all I need for it to do!

Helps me stay on track

I have a pretty strong sweet tooth that I try to satisfy with a good amount of fat but it usually ends up taking me off plan. I’ve tried keto diets in the past, and I typically have pretty good results with them. Unfortunately, I have a terrible sweet tooth, and I find most of the common sugar alternatives unpalatable. Filling, tasty, and helps me stay keto

Well, I’m hooked! I saw a Facebook ad and thought I would try a sample pack. Most if not all of the other shakes I have tried until now have been ok. A little minerally and kind of almost good but not quite. Keto Chow is amazing! I feel like I am having a treat every single shake. I recommend the chocolate peanut butter and the hearty chicken flavor makes the best biscuits. I have placed 2 orders in 2 weeks and will be getting the rest of the flavors soon. I LOVE this stuff!! I went through the flavors I thought I would like in the sample packs and then rated them on the receipt (only the Beef soup was less than good) and most were great to excellent.drink them slowly like a milkshake and they are filling and will last for 3-4 hours on average for me before hunger kicks in. Overall a great product and as a meal replacement is at a good price point as long as you don’t end up snacking around it.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Cake

Cream Cheese Filling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Prepare a jelly roll pan by lining it with a piece of parchment paper that fits the pan and grease the top side of the paper.
  • Add eggs, sweetener, pumpkin, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, and Keto Chow together in a bowl and blend everything with an electric mixer or stand mixer until it's nice and creamy. Your cake mixture will be thick.
  • Spread around on previously prepared greased parchment paper until evenly dispersed over the whole surface of the pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. When cake is finished baking, let it cool for 1-5 minutes and then roll it up WITH the parchment paper. Let cake cool for 30 minutes while rolled up with parchment paper.

  • While your cake cools, you can prepare your filling by adding the cream cheese, butter, and sweetener. Beat slowly to incorporate powdered sweetener then speed up and beat for 30 seconds. Stop and scrape sides of the bowl and then beat for another minute.
  • After 30 minutes of cooling, unroll the cake and let it cool for another minute or two.
  • Spread your cream cheese filling over the entire cake and then roll up the cake, this time without the parchment paper.
  • Wrap with plastic wrap and set in the fridge for at least an hour. When serving, you can dust with more powdered sweetener, if desired.

Notes

If you do not have parchment paper, you can dust a thin kitchen towel with powdered sweetener and roll your cooked cake up with the towel instead of the parchment paper, but be sure to grease your baking pan very well.

  • Mix together cream cheese, Pumpkin Spice Caramel Keto Chow, cinnamon, and Swerve until well combined.
  • Make uniform sized balls. Put the balls in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
  • Put white chocolate in microwaveable bowl and melt in 15-30 second intervals. Stir after every 30 seconds, do not overheat because it will seize.
  • Stir the unmelted chocolate chips until they are silky smooth. If your chocolate doesn’t melt in 1 minute, switch to 15 second intervals.
  • Take the formed balls from the freezer and dip each one in the chocolate.
  • Let set in the fridge for 15-30 minutes and enjoy!

  • Cruller shaped silicone donut pan or Mini Bundt pan

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Oil or butter the bundt pans and preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix together the eggs, butter, 1 tablespoon of the sweetener, and the vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Then mix in the keto chow, 1/2 teaspoon of the pumpkin spice, and the baking powder.
  • Fill the donut molds and bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly while you mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of granulated sweetener, and 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice together in a small bowl.
  • While the crullers are still slightly warm roll each one in the spiced sweetener.
  • Serve warm or cold.

Instructions

  • Place cream cheese, butter, pumpkin puree, Keto Chow, sweetener and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  • Beat with electric mixer until fully combined.
  • Scoop out 1 tablespoon at a time and roll into balls, then roll to coat in the ground pecans.
  • Store in fridge or freezer.

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a standard muffin tin.
  • Place the eggs, oil, and erythritol in a large mixing bowl and whisk together.
  • Add the Keto Chow, almond flour, flax seed, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice.
  • Mix in the almond milk, vinegar, and vanilla extract, then add in the nuts or seeds.
  • Allow the batter to rest 2-3 minutes, then divide evenly in the prepared muffin tin.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Serve warm with plenty of butter, nut butter, or sugar-free jam.
