Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, keto chow, erythritol, baking powder, and salt, and mix.
  • Scatter the cubed butter over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork or pastry blender to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until it looks like coarse sand.
  • Add the cream cheese, and pumpkin puree and mix until it comes together to form a soft dough.
  • Gently mix in the pumpkin seeds.
  • Shape the dough into a ball and place it in the center of the prepared baking sheet, pat the ball into a disc about 1-inch high and 8-inches in diameter. Use a knife to score it four times to create 8 triangle shaped slices.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake 20 minutes until the scones are beginning to turn golden brown around the edges and the center bounces back when gently touched.
  • Allow to cool before glazing.
  • To make the glaze, mix the erythritol with the almond milk and drizzle over the scones.
  • The glaze will set as it dries.

So Yummy!

My first taste was Snickerdoodle and I’m hooked! I’ve tried 16 different flavors and, so far, there is only 1 of the flavors I will not re-order. The Natural Strawberry was not good. I love the regular Strawberry, though! The Taco Soup was questionable, but I wouldn’t say I would never re-order it. Thanks for making these great shakes. I wouldn’t be able to get back into keto without them!

It’s chocolate.. what’s not to love?!

Yay! A smooth creamy chocolatey milkshake, of COURSE I love it! I used mostly butter with a smidge of heavy cream just because, and let it sit overnight to my utter surprise and delight the next day.. JUST like hershey’s chocolate milk but better, thicker, and all grown up. This is backup worthy and a comfort in the world where everything’s haywire, I’m happy as a kid with a straw and the bottom of the glass coming too fast!

Chocolate is Amazing

This is my 4th flavor, but I opted to get the Chocolate Bulk Pack because it happened to be on sale. I’d already tried the Mocha and Chocolate Mint, so I figured this one would be good. I make it with heavy cream and water. I find myself craving it, it tastes that good. Looking forward to other flavors! As for the bulk pack, other than initially having to dig for the scoop, I’ve had no problems with the bag. It seals easily, which is really all I need for it to do!

Helps me stay on track

I have a pretty strong sweet tooth that I try to satisfy with a good amount of fat but it usually ends up taking me off plan. The Keto Chow sweet sample bundle was just sweet enough to satisfy my cravings and filling enough to allow me to go hours without the desire to eat. I have found that a combination of 2 tbsp of melted butter coupled with 1/4 cup of HWC will yield 4-5 hours of blissful satisfaction. Keto Chow is AMAZING!!!

I’ve ordered multiple packets of Keto chow on a few occasions now, and honest to God, this stuff is AMAZING!!! It fills you up nicely – just at the right amount, without leaving you feeling overly stuffed. The flavors are FANTASTIC, and it helps fuel me in the morning for my workouts to come later in the day. Ingredients

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a or line a baking sheet.
  • Cream together pumpkin, egg, and sweetener.
  • Add in the Keto Chow, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, coconut flour, and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Form twelve dough balls, each approximately two Tbsp. of cookie dough, and place on prepared baking sheet. Use a spoon to make a divot on the top of each one.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Cool for five minutes before frosting.
  • To make the frosting, add the cream cheese, butter, and erythritol to a glass bowl and soften in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. If the ingredients are still too stiff, microwave again in 10-second intervals until softened. Stir with fork until smooth.
  • Pipe onto each cookie (you can do this while still warm). Dust with cinnamon or pumpkin spice if desired.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

Chocolate is delicious with butter!!! I can have it forever!!!

Game Changer

I’ve tried keto diets in the past, and I typically have pretty good results with them. Unfortunately, I have a terrible sweet tooth, and I find most of the common sugar alternatives unpalatable. I was skeptical about Keto Chow, because I knew it was sweetened with sucralose, but I am glad I took a chance on it. It tastes so much better than things sweetened with Splenda. It’s like having a milk shake for breakfast every morning. I started keto on April 1st, and with the help of Keto Chow, I’ve lost a little over 15lbs as of today (April 20th).

I went through the flavors I thought I would like in the sample packs and then rated them on the receipt (only the Beef soup was less than good) and most were great to excellent.drink them slowly like a milkshake and they are filling and will last for 3-4 hours on average for me before hunger kicks in. Overall a great product and as a meal replacement is at a good price point as long as you don’t end up snacking around it.

Have yet to meet a flavor I don’t LOVE!

Well, I’m hooked! I saw a Facebook ad and thought I would try a sample pack. Most if not all of the other shakes I have tried until now have been ok. A little minerally and kind of almost good but not quite. Keto Chow is amazing! I feel like I am having a treat every single shake. I recommend the chocolate peanut butter and the hearty chicken flavor makes the best biscuits. I have placed 2 orders in 2 weeks and will be getting the rest of the flavors soon. I LOVE this stuff!! Filling, tasty, and helps me stay keto

I love these!! I’ve always joked that I wished there was a food that had all the macros and nutrients I needed so I didn’t have to think about it, and that joke became a reality with keto chow! I’m currently consuming nothing but keto chow for a month to force me to stay on the keto bandwagon and so far it’s been going great! Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whip the butter, then blend in the sweetener, then the egg and vanilla extract.
  • When that is fully combined, add the Keto Chow, coconut flour, spices and baking powder. Add the brown food coloring and mix in if using.
  • Mix well and roll into a slightly flattened disc. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes.
  • When the dough feels firm to the touch remove from the fridge and place on a clean counter. 
  • Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Cut with cookie cutters and arrange on a lined cookie sheet. Reroll the dough and cut more cookies.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes, just until cookies are golden around the edges and firm on the bottom.
  • Remove to a cooling rack and cool completely before decorating.

Notes

Yield: Approximately 15 cookies depending on the size of cutters you use.
