It’s a thick, sweet, creamy and milky flavor- often with notes nutmeg and cinnamon.

Does it taste like eggnog?

It tastes reminiscent of non-alcoholic eggnog. It’s not 1:1 will your favorite name-brand eggnog, but there’s a good similarity. If you’re not an eggnog connoisseur, you’ll love it. If you are an eggnog connoisseur, you’ll still like it. I would recommend trying a sip as-is, and maybe adding 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon.

Rum? Whiskey?

YES. Traditionally, eggnog is to be mixed with dark liquor. For Keto Chow Eggnog, I would recommend something on the heavier side such as Kraken or Captain Morgan Black.

Best Protein Meal Replacement Product I have ever tasted

I absolutely love this product. So creamy, smooth and filling too. We made the best home made ice cream that I have ever eaten hands down and used to directions right from the back of the package. We made the ice cream with using the heavy whipping cream and also with the butter. For me I LOVE the buttery taste so rich, delicious and very filling! I got the keto chow sampler pack with blender bottle to try because I kept hearing on YouTube how great it was. Since I wasn’t prepared to pay for a big one straight off I decided to try the samples to see what I liked. Shocker, I loved them all!! Snickerdoodle

Snickerdoodle is by far my favorite. I like all i have tried but i like the cinnamon in this one. I find that about an hour or two after my first i need to drink a half serving more than i am good to go till dinner. I have recently switched to butter(salted) and find that is satisfying me longer.

Still the best

Other big brands are finally jumping on the Keto bandwagon. I’ve tried the Slim-Fast and others and they aren’t as tasty and lack the complete nutrition.

I have have been on Keto Chow before the subscription system and this is a great addition. It’s cheaper than Amazon especially with the new rewards points.

Keto Chow is still hands down the best.
My favorite flavors are snickerdoodle & chocolate. I tried strawberry & banana so I could make a variety of flavor mixes but for my palette (which is admittedly terrible) the flavors did not come through. So I’m going back to my old stand-by but I encourage you to try! I might be brave and try some hot flavors next!

JUST TRY IT

I was skeptical, given how awful most protein shakes still taste, even in 2020; however, Keto Chow is legit. I don’t like the vanilla, and the strawberry and chocolate are just OK, but the gourmet/exotic flavors are all really delicious. It feels more like a decadent treat/milkshake than nutrition, but I think that’s the point. Anyway, I’m a happy enthusiast now, so give it a shot and make sure you use the blender bottle, HWC, and enough water for it to taste right.

Pleasantly surprised

So I’ve been using other keto meal replacement shakes and they were not that great. I ordered these because I saw one of the commercials and thought hey a starter pack couldn’t hurt. Even better than expected!

If I am honest most keto substitutes are not as good as the non keto versions. That is NOT the case with KetoChow! I could honestly say that I would drink these even if I wasnt doing a keto diet. So far my favorites are the pumpkin spice, salted caramel, and chocolate toffee. I have read alot about putting them in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, but I really enjoy them right after making them. There is a little salty/sweet thing going on.

Tastes like it has real sugar!! Amazing flavor

I cannot believe how tasty these shakes are. I ordered the 6-pack flavor bundle and I’m so happy to have found this. I love the Snickerdoodle, Salted Caramel, and Chocolate flavor. I’ve order all three large packets. I’ve been doing Keto with intermittent fasting and have been trying to keep my calories stable. Keto Chow takes care of my meal replacement without pushing me out of ketosis, and it tastes like dessert! I love this product.

Keto Chow is amazing! I’ve tried other meal replacement shakes in the past and none of them can hold a candle to the taste of Keto Chow! Currently, my favorite flavors are (in no particular order) Pistachio, Pumpkin Spice Caramel, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Toffee, Salted Caramel, and Banana. As a teacher, I don’t have a lot of time to eat lunch, so I’ve been having Keto Chow for lunch and I’ve felt very satisfied with replacing that meal! Even my older teenage daughters have enjoyed Keto Chow and will often grab a bottle to have for breakfast or lunch on their busy days. Since I’ve started drinking Keto Chow, my night-time charlie horses have stopped and I’ve lost some weight (I never had a lot to lose, but it’s nice to drop those extra pounds that want to hang around)!

Great Getaway Nutrition

I got these sample packets to try an assortment of flavors. It has been a great way to get out the door quick on early mornings and still have my macros come out the way they should while following the Keto plan. Best on the Market!

This stuf truly is the best I’ve tried. Like a lot of people, I’ve tried a ton of the protein powders out there. This stuff is great! No chalky taste, no cardboard, no chunks and it tastes just like what it’s supposed to. They even send recipes with them so you can make it into other goodies. Miracle Shakes!

I have tried shakes, powders, snacks, bars, and “Keto-friendly” EVERYTHING. But, I always wound up with something that I would have to choke down, just to have something to eat on the fly. And even after suffering through whatever chalky, tasteless nightmare I just ingested, I would inevitably be hungry in an hour.

These are completely different from ANYTHING I’ve tried before. They are rich, creamy, and honestly, delicious! The flavors ACTUALLY taste like what is printed on the package. The chocolate mint and chocolate peanut butter taste like candy, the snickerdoodle and salted caramel are both buttery and not too sweet. Those are my favorites, but every flavor I’ve tried has been great.

The best part is, they keep me full for hours! And, because they are complete meals, I don’t feel like garbage, because I’m getting proper nutrition. I can easily track my meals and stay on track.

These miracle shakes have completely changed how I do Keto and I am feeling good, eating well, and seeing results!
