Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine Chocolate Keto Chow, cocoa powder, almond butter, and water. Mix until smooth.

  • Press 1/2 of the fudge mixture into a greased 6x6 pan.

  • Melt coconut oil and combine in mixing bowl with coconut, Vanilla Keto Chow, sweetener, almond flour, and water. Mix until smooth.

  • Press coconut layer evenly on top of fudge layer.

  • Cover coconut layer with remaining fudge mixture and top with the rest of the almonds.

This really this works with just about any flavor of Keto Chow but it’s especially fun with chocolate since it tastes a lot like store-bought hot cocoa anyway. Be sure to try it with Chocolate Mint and Pumpkin Spice Caramel too!

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Prepare three 4-inch pie pans by buttering them well.
  • Soften the cream cheese by placing it in a bowl and beating with an electric mixer.
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until fully combined and completely smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie pans and place the pans on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are set but the pies are still slightly soft in the center.

Notes

Note: If you don’t have small pie pans you can use one 9-inch pie pan. Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes.

  • Beat until smooth (add a couple more tablespoons of almond milk if mixture is too thick).

  • Place pan in a water bath (oven safe pan 1/2 full) and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. After a half hour, decrease the heat to 200 degrees and bake for an additional hour.

Keto Chow Donuts

We used a 9 donut mold to make these and it’s been fantastic with any flavor of Keto Chow that we’ve tried. To get the nutrition info I made a recipe in cron-o-meter, which is what we prefer for tracking your food. Recipe originally by Cristy Davis from the Sofa King Facebook group (I think Kristina Wells helped too).

Ingredients

Donuts

  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 3 ounce mozzarella cheese
  • 1 serving Keto Chow flavor of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon calorie free sweetener powdered erythritol or swerve
  • 1/2 cup water

Glaze

  • 1/2 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • calorie free sweetener

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Mixing the ingredients
  • Only fill molds half way, they will rise quite a lot.
    Mixed Up
  • Microwave for 8 minutes (or less if you want them more moist).
  • Glaze and enjoy!
