Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cream butter and add sweetener and eggs and combine well.
  • Add Keto Chow and baking powder and mix together.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop onto parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Notes

You can use solid coconut oil in place of butter and add more sweetener for taste (It cuts the salt more).
Makes 12. Works well with VANILLA KETO CHOW.

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine Chocolate Keto Chow, cocoa powder, almond butter, and water. Mix until smooth.

  • Press 1/2 of the fudge mixture into a greased 6x6 pan.

  • Melt coconut oil and combine in mixing bowl with coconut, Vanilla Keto Chow, sweetener, almond flour, and water. Mix until smooth.

  • Press coconut layer evenly on top of fudge layer.

  • Top with slivered almonds.

  • Cover coconut layer with remaining fudge mixture and top with the rest of the almonds.

  • Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into 12 bars and serve.
