Ingredients

COOKIES

ICING

  • 1 cup powdered erythritol
  • 4-5 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. cherry extract
  • 1-2 drops pink food coloring (optional)
  • Sugar-free sprinkles or mini sugar-free chocolate chips for decoration optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • To make the cookies, beat the eggs, erythritol, avocado oil, and cherry extract together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the Keto Chow, cocoa powder, and baking soda and mix well.
  • Stir in the ground pecans.
  • Use a #40 ice cream scoop or Tbsp. to form 15 cookies and place them onto the prepared trays.
  • Gently flatten the cookies with the bottom of a glass or the flats of your fingers until they are about half an inch thick.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies look set.
  • Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack. When they are completely cool, make the icing.
  • Place the powdered erythritol in a medium mixing bowl and add the heavy cream one Tbsp. at a time, mixing until it has a smooth, spreadable consistency with no lumps.
  • Stir in the cherry extract. Add the pink food coloring, if using, a drop at a time, stirring after each addition until it reaches the desired color.
  • Spread icing on each cookie and decorate with sprinkles or mini chocolate chips if desired.
  • Store in a single layer, in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or in the freezer for up to three months.

? Keto Chow Flavor of the week: Get 10% off the Root Beer Float bulk packs Aug 3-9

Until August 9, you can get 10% off the 21 meal “week” size of the Rootbeer Float Keto Chow. Normally, the Rootbeer Float is $70 for 21 meals, this week it’s discounted down to $63.00 – that’s only $3.00 a meal!  Check out the flavor reviews of Rootbeer Float.

We sometimes get asked: “what can I do with Keto Chow besides make shakes?” The best place to start is our Keto Chow Recipes page, here are some of the recipes that use Rootbeer Float Keto Chow:

You should check out the reviews of Keto Chow, we also get a lot of reviews on our Facebook page and on the Keto Chow subreddit. It should be noted that we publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones we remove are spam posts or reviews that divulge personal information. These are just a few of the over 150 real reviews we received in the last week

Super Yummy

I have tried other shakes in the past while trying to get healthier and loss the weight. Well they all tasted horrid and make me feel funny… Keto Chow is so yummy!!! I have gotten into the habit of making them before I go to bed so they are perfect for breakfast in the morning. With my busy farm life getting out to the Animals and get the kids started right in the morning does not give me lots of time to eat a good breakfast. Can not say enough good about Keto Chow!!!!

Jessica Y.
So good!

These shakes are very filling and taste great! They really don’t have an aftertaste. They are so satisfying too! My favorites so far are Snickerdoodle, Egg Nog, and Chocolate Mint. If I have a shake for breakfast I have no cravings and no hunger until lunch. This amazed me because I am always hungry usually. So glad I tried these!

Dianna H.
Very surprised

I’ve been on Keto Chow for about a week now. It make things easier for me to know what to eat. I tried it with coconut oil and then heavy cream. I find the heavy cream works best. I mix it with the keto Chow first then blend in the water. If not it’s chunky and hard to go down. But doing it by mixing first then water makes it a smoothie. I can’t wait to see more results! I lost 5lbs so far!

Ruth H.
Cookies and DREAM

Once again, Ketochow delivers on flavor, nutrition, and satiety. I’m glad I can get the nutrients otherwise ignored in other shakes and feel confident that I won’t feel terrible while pursuing Keto. It’s a bit expensive, but when considering ketochow’s ability to replace the cost of meals over time, it’s very reasonable. Very pleased with flavor and value. Thanks!

David M.
Love this product!

Grateful to have found Keto Chow! These last 15lbs have been a bitch to lose but Keto Chow is helping all the way! Delicious, nutritious, filling and best of all – EASY! I use this as a meal replacement for lunch (breakfast is an Atkins bar and black coffee), and then have a lean protein and low glycemic vegetable (s) for dinner. I have gone from 217lbs to 198lbs in 5 weeks. Thanks for the help!!

Christine T.
Phenomenal product!!

Living the Keto lifestyle just got 100% easier!
Not that I’m going to use this exclusively for all meals but this is so good to have on hand for those times when pulling off a proper Keto meal would be difficult at best or. . . Those Gremlins would be whispering in your ear to make a poorer choice!
Keto Chow to the rescue! Flavors to suit any palate.
Cheers to your health!

Audine T.
Best meal replacement shake I have ever had.

I am not a big reviewer but when a product exceeds expectations on the positive side I want to give props when props are due.
When I decided to order the samples I had my doubts that Keto Chow would be “as advertised” and that it would be another ordinary shake like Slimfast Keto mix. Not a “bad taste” and tolerable. Most companies shout from the rooftops how their replacement shakes are the best tasting ever. I have tried several and some have been good and others…well, I think you already know. Nevertheless, I was excited to give Keto Chow a shot. I followed the directions and tried different forms of “fat” in the shake. Butter was a good one. Avocado oil changed the flavor too much so I personally don’t recommend that. To me, the heavy cream is the way to go.
I would prepare my next day’s shake the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight. The flavor is fantastic! I drink my shake for lunch and I was extremely surprised at how much it sustained my appetite until my evening dinner. I am not sure which flavor I would recommend over the other. I also bought some individual sample packets to add some more flavor options during this 14 day trial run. Chocolate Mint was spot on (heavy cream) and Salted Caramel (with butter) was really good too. Raspberry Cheesecake (heavy cream) was a solid flavor…the list goes on. Some reviews show that people add more flavor to their shakes. Individual preferences I guess. Personally, I think it’s good enough.
I will be purchasing more Keto Chow. It’s definitely worth it.

Kirk P.
I’d marry this flavor if it was a person

Seriously, this lemon flavor is close to if not the best Keto Chow flavor yet. Since it is a limited time flavor I bought almost 100 samples. It would just make my day if it became permanent!

Christine J.
Easy and delicious

Being new to Keto I knew I would need to have something for quick meals in the morning while running around my three young kids and working. Keto Chow has been my saving grace when I otherwise would have eaten something terrible just for the convenience of it. I’m hooked, they have a happy repeat customer.

Veronica
Orange Cream is a dream!

I made my first serving with HWC and it was delightful. Nice flavor and very filling. I am switching to butter starting tomorrow. I expect the orange cream to remain on my favorite list.

Pam S.
Thank you

I love it. It shipped quickly, and it was packaged nicely. I tried the Peanut butter Chocolate and I love the flavor. Your facebook support group is also amazing. I have lost some visible inches and 8lbs since starting 6 days ago. Thank you for creating this product. I am currently doing a 100 day challenge, so hopefully I will be able to check in afterwards

Kriantae P.
Orange Cream

I use heavy whipping cream and put in the fridge overnight. It tastes good and is smooth, but I can’t use as a meal replacement. I sip on it with my lunch and dinner, because I still get hungry if used alone.

Root Beer Cream Sundae Pops

Root Beer Cream Sundae Pops

Don’t be intimidated by the lovely appearance of these popsicles. They are easy to make, you just need to spend a little time freezing the layers. The three colors and three flavors are reminiscent of an old-fashioned ice cream parlor sundae. But this is a keto treat you can keep in your freezer for any day.

Equipment

  • 6 popsicle molds and popsicle sticks

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix 2 ounces of heavy cream, Cookies and Cream Keto Chow, and 10 ounces of water in a shaker cup or large measuring cup with a pour spout.
  • In a separate shaker cup or measuring cup repeat with the remaining 2 ounces of heavy cream, Root Beer Keto Chow, and 10 ounces of water.
  • Starting with the prepared Cookies and Cream Keto Chow fill the popsicle molds one-third full. There may be Keto Chow left over, you can drink it while you wait for your popsicles to freeze.
  • Place the molds in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes. Don’t put the popsicle sticks in the molds yet.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the popsicle molds from the freezer and check to see if the Keto Chow is partially frozen. It should be solid enough to support another layer without mixing. If it isn’t set, return it to the freezer until it is.
  • When the first layer of Keto Chow is set enough, pour the prepared Root Beer Keto Chow in to fill the molds another third of the way. Then return to the freezer to set again.
  • Mix the two teaspoons of cocoa powder, and the cherry flavoring if using it, into the remaining Root Beer Keto Chow.
  • When the second layer has set, use the cocoa flavored Keto Chow to fill the remaining third of the molds. You should have three distinct layers from lightest to darkest.
  • Finally, add the popsicle sticks. Gently pressing them into all three layers. If the bottom is too frozen you can use a knife, to carefully make a space for the stick.
  • Return to the freezer and freeze until set—at least four hours or overnight for best results.
  • When you are ready to serve the popsicles, remove them from the freezer and run the outside of the mold under hot water momentarily to loosen the popsicle before removing.

Instructions

  • Line a bread pan with parchment paper, or prepare your silicone molds.
  • Add all ingredients into a saucepan on medium heat. Whisk continuously for 15 minutes. The mixture should begin to boil at 8-10 minutes and will start to thicken, but keep whisking. When it’s ready, it will be thick and shiny, and will pull away from the pan.
  • Add to your lined bread pan or silicone molds. It’s easiest to transfer it into the pan or molds with a Ziploc piping bag, but be sure to let the mixture cool for a bit first.
  • Put in the freezer for at least an hour or until set. If they do not pull away easily from the parchment paper, they need more time in the freezer.
  • Once set, cut into 16 squares to serve. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

You can cover these in chocolate once set!

Equipment

  • Candy Thermometer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces butter unsalted
  • 4 ounces Erythritol-Stevia blend granulated sweetener
  • 2 fluid ounces heavy cream (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 serving Root Beer Float Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
  • 4 ounces pecan halves
  • 1/4 tsp coarse sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with lightly oiled tin foil
  • Put the butter and granulated sweetener in a small, non-stick skillet or saucepan and place over medium heat. Stir gently until the butter and the sweetener melt. At first the butter and sweetener will separate but as they continue to cook they will begin to come together.
    Root Beer Pecan Pralines
  • As it continues to cook you will see many tiny bubbles breaking the surface the color will lighten and it will have an almost foamy look. You are essentially making a caramel.
    Root Beer Pecan Pralines
  • Let it cook for about ten minutes. It should look lighter in color and thicker. If you have a candy thermometer, you want it to reach a temperature of about 240 degrees.
  • When it is ready, remove pan from heat and carefully stir in the heavy cream a little at a time, and then the vanilla extract. Be careful! It may bubble up a lot when you add the liquid and it is very hot.
  • Bring it back to a boil and cook it for another two-three minutes until it looks thick again. Then remove it from the heat and allow it to cool for a minute.
  • When it has cooled, whisk in the Root Beer Float Keto Chow. It should pull together and start to look velvety and glossy as you stir the Keto Chow in.
    Root Beer Pecan Pralines
  • Then stir in the pecans and sea salt, being sure to mix them well so they are evenly distributed.
    Root Beer Pecan Pralines
  • Now working quickly, use two spoons to scoop and drop 14 rounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. They should look somewhat like cookie dough before baking.
  • Chill in a cool, dry place until firm, about one hour. They set up best if they can set slowly so don’t put them in the fridge or freezer if you can avoid it.
  • Once they are set, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or in the freezer for two months. If you store them in the freezer, allow them to return to room temperature before enjoying them.
    Root Beer Pecan Pralines

Notes

NOTES: If not using a SMALL saucepan, watch carefully as the caramel will burn quickly, even on medium low heat. It is best to use a small saucepan, small burner, and candy thermometer.
Use small spoons to scoop out to get 12-14 pieces.

Equipment

  • Silicone Candy Molds or Ice Cube Trays

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 4 oz heavy cream
  • 1 serving Root Beer Float Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
  • 2 oz unsalted butter
  • 5 oz sugar-free white chocolate chips divided

Instructions

  • Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until it is light and fluffy. Beat the heavy cream and Root Beer Float Keto Chow into the cream cheese.
  • Melt the butter and 3 ounces of the white chocolate chips together over a double boiler or in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave. Heat on low temperature so it doesn’t burn or seize.
  • Beat the melted white chocolate and butter into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Spread the mixture into oiled candy molds or ice cube trays making sure to press them firmly into all the edges, tapping them on the counter to settle them into the molds.
  • Freeze them for at least two hours. They should be firm enough to remove from the molds with ease.
  • When they are fully set, melt the remaining two ounces of white chocolate.
  • While the bon bons are still frozen spread a small amount of white chocolate on top of each one. Place them back in the freezer to set the chocolate.
  • When the chocolate is set, transfer them to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to a month.

Notes

NOTES: The two hours is a minimum and if you try to unmold them early, they will fall apart and melt when the chocolate touches them.

Equipment

  • 9x13 Pan

Ingredients

PUDDING

WHIPPED TOPPING

Instructions

  • Mix together eggs, oil, vanilla and erythritol.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix for 1-2 minutes until it’s nice and creamy, it will be thick.
  • Spread mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 and let the batter sit for 10 minutes (it makes it raise better). Place cake in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cool cake for roughly 10-15 minutes. While the cake cools you can make your pudding by blending the cream, water, and Keto Chow with an immersion blender.
  • Use the bottom of a wooden spoon and poke holes evenly through the cake. Pour pudding into the holes first and then spread the remaining pudding over the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Right before pulling it out of the fridge you can make the topping by whipping together the cream and sweetener on high speed until stiff peaks form. Spread topping and serve!

Notes

NOTES: Can also be made in an 8x8 pan and cooked for a little longer.
