Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups water
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 serving Spicy Taco Base Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Blend everything together. If you prefer a thicker sauce, reduce water.

Notes

For the Keto Chow photos, I only used ¾ c of water, which made the whole recipe 16 oz.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces almond milk, unsweetened or similar low carb milk substitute
  • 1 serving Spicy Taco Base Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
  • 4 ounces colby jack or cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tsp lemon or lime juice

Instructions

  • Warm the milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Whisk or blend in the Keto Chow.
  • With the pan over low heat, whisk in the cheese a handful at a time and continue to whisk until all the cheese is melted. Whisk in the lemon or lime juice a drop at a time until the sauce tastes good to you.
  • If the sauce is too thick, whisk in more almond milk a teaspoon at a time until it is a pourable consistency.
  • Serve over steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, low carb nachos, or anything else you can think of.

  • Melt butter in small sauce pan over medium heat.

  • Add water and heat until bubbling.
  • While whisking, add in 2 Tbsp Beef Soup Base Keto Chow and continue whisking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Let simmer for a few more minutes until the gravy is thick and bubbling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 serving Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Mix the water, heavy cream and Keto Chow together blending until there are no lumps and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook over low heat until the garlic is soft, fragrant and starting to turn golden. Don’t allow the butter or the garlic to brown.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper
  • Whisk or blend in the Keto Chow mixture and mix well
  • Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the sauce starts to simmer.
  • Stir in the cheese.
  • Return to a simmer.
  • Taste and add more salt and pepper if you prefer.
  • Serve hot over your favorite low carb noodles or vegetables. Garnish with extra grated cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
