I’ve had meal replacement shakes before and they usually either taste like chalk or don’t keep me full at all. These shakes not only taste great (Love the banana), but ACTUALLY kept me full till my next meal! I’ve made them using heavy cream as well as with coconut oil. The flavor of the shake shines through every time. Great job on making something that works!

My daughter and I have been Keto for about 8 months and have had great success. During these 8 months we have tried almost every Keto hack/product and invested a lot of money in things we found unpalatable. FINALLY after watching Keto Chow ads for months we decided to try it. I’m SO HAPPY We did! It’s like drinking a yummy milkshake, You stay full, satisfy your sweet tooth and feel more balanced in your nutrients! Our favorites have been chocolate toffee, chocolate mint, salted caramel, banana, and chocolate. Neither of us were fans of the strawberry, natural strawberry and least favorite vanilla.
I highly recommend getting samples first of all the flavors you think you may like. YUMMY. I am still having a few ‘clumps’ in the bottom of my bottle, but regardless – it is tasty and keeps me satisfied for quite a while. I found that if I take it out of the frig (after being there overnight) and run it in the blender with a cube or two of ice, it is like having ice cream! Cost of ingredients are going up, what that means for the price of Keto Chow

We were notified a few months ago by our protein supplier that the cost of the Milk Protein Isolate would be increasing in 2020 and the change is now already here. It’s something that’s happening across the industry and, frankly, sucks. We received the final updated costs and the average (median) increased cost for the various flavors of Keto Chow was 20% higher due to the variations in the cost of the protein, the vitamins we are using, the flavors, and more. Some flavors are going up quite a lot more, with others the increases are only 19% or so. We’re also going to be switching from regular salt to Redmond Real Salt, fortunately, the price difference on that one is only 4 cents for 21 meals (yay!). The base powder had its costs increased by 31%.

So: what does this mean for the price of Keto Chow?

From the beginning, the goal of Keto Chow has been simply to make getting proper nutrition easier for people (mostly me, but you all get the benefits too =). It wasn’t started as a money grab, and the original recipe to make it yourself is still available for anyone to use. We are going to be raising prices, but it will be less than the 20% we are getting hit with. The Soup flavors that use the beef protein will be unaffected by this increase so their prices will be unchanged for now.

The Sweet flavors and the Savory Chicken will have their price standardized to $70 for the 21 meal bags and $4.75 for the sample size (everything’s the same price as Chocolate Peanut Butter), Base Powder price increased to $44.

This represents a 6-8% increase for the 21 meal bulk bags, a 12% increase for the sample size (as opposed to a 20% increase on all sizes which would have seen the prices go far higher), and a 4.7% increase for the Base Powder. Any cost increase sucks, but we decided that we could absorb the costs of passing on a far smaller increase to our customers.

When? Tuesday, April 14, 2020. EDIT: change is LIVE.

We waited on making the change until we started receiving product at the higher costs. Today we received our second higher-priced shipment of Chocolate Peanut Butter and we recently received several thousand of the Chocolate, also at the higher price. Those two flavors make up the bulk of our sales so it’s time to make the change. This change will go into effect throughout the day on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. ~~It won’t be at any specific time as many of the changes take hours to implement.~~ EDIT: the updated prices are currently live now..

It’s not a lot of heads-up, but it’s some. It’s a sucky time to be raising prices but it has to be done sometime and now is unfortunately it.

A friend recommended Keto Chow and while I was skeptical at first I have been pleasantly surprised. I use this as a meal replacement for lunch and can honesty say I feel quite sated after drinking up my shake. After trying several flavors now the only one I am not a fan of is chocolate. This did not surprise me though as I have never been a huge chocolate person. If you are on the fence give Keto Chow a try and I believe you also will become a return customer.

Best Product out there!

I’ve tried several keto shakes, powders, etc. and nothing compares to KC- taste, price, service, all of the above. Of course some flavors are better than others, each person has their own taste. But majority of what I have tried have been phenomenal. I love the versatility with the recipes that KC can be used in. Additionally, their customer support is the best I’ve seen. Super responsive, friendly, and satisfaction 100% guaranteed. I received a damaged bag in transit and they sent out a replacement same day. Unfortunately when I received that flavor it was just not one my tastebuds could handle so I used their return/replacement policy and they shipped me back me of my favorite flavors to replace it. Great Product!

When I initially tried it I was in a hurry to get to work so I added ice cubes and shook. When I tried it the taste was okay but the texture was awful! Then I actually fully read the package and I realized I actually needed to put it in the fridge….after I left one overnight I tried it again and the taste was even better and the texture was awesome! Almost like a soft serve/pudding. I had the starter bundle and I really liked all the flavors. I eventually realized I could use my pre-made protein shakes as a fat source and it was really great! The strawberry with my chocolate protein shake was the best! Highly recommended.

I’m addicted! It’s SO good. Additioally, I love the convenience. An added bonus is the fact it’s so nutritionally complete, in these uncertain times it can be difficult to get balanced nutrition without Keto Chow.

I tried the sample bundle. With the mixed reviews I read, I was to sure what to expect. I am so happy I ordered… I LOVE Keto Chow!! I have one shake every day around 11:00 (my first meal of the day) and it keeps me full and satisfied until dinner.

The shakes a simple to make, filling, and taste wonderful (well most of them – not crazy about the vanilla). I have already ordered other sample packs to try and will be ordering a variety of flavors in the larger bag.

Nice Keto Shake

Keto Chow is awesome. I use KC as a supplement when I don’t feel like cooking or when the leftovers are not enough for satiation. All the flavors are the best that I have tasted (except for Mocha, i don’t like that one). Love it, will be a long time customer.

I use butter as fat source (HC is the best tasting for me but not economical). Taste best cold after mixed hot.

I LOVE KETO CHOW!!

Every so often, I buy 3-4 sample packets of 5+ flavors, so that we have a great variety of these awesome shakes to choose from. I try not to rely on shakes, but when I do need something, KetoChow is my go-to – because I trust the company, the ingredients are not bad at all, and becasue I get to customize the fat amount.

My favorite way to make KetoChow is to use heavy cream as the fat, add the powder, and HALF of the water. Blend (it will be super thick), then put this in the fridge for a couple of hours. Later, put 6-8 ounces of ice cubes in and blend again. You end up with a LCHF Frosty Treat. SO GOOD!!

Strawberry is still my favorite but I am going to use the chocolate/peanutbutter to make one of the recipes they have on the website!

Pleasantly surprised

I’ll admit I was lured in by the commercial, but the product was really good! It is as easy as the commercial says, it tastes good (the mocha flavor was a little heavy, but other flavors were great), and it keeps away hunger pangs. I’m not normally one who likes meal replacement shakes, but I love these. The flavors taste exactly as the name implies. The powder mixes well in the shaker bottle without leaving undisclosed clumps. I mix it with 4 oz of heavy cream and warm water, then refrigerate for a few hours. The sampler packs are a great way to try many of the flavors before committing to a single flavor bag. I have tried several different flavors all have been tasty! I love having them on hand as a go to when I am in a hurry or don’t feel like cooking. I also use it as a fill in when I’m short on protein. My favorite is chocolate with fresh ground peanut butter blended in! It’s kind of like a treat. I do only use a quarter cup of cream though. Just a personal preference.

I absolutely love the mocha and chocolate and strawberry keto chow. I add 8oz of black coffee to each. The mocha has caffeine added which also acts as a natural bronchodilator and helps with my asthma. I feel full most of the day with one drink, do make the night before though

I’ve known about Keto Chow for quite some time, but never took the steps to try it. Snickerdoodle has just the right level of sweetness and Chocolate Peanut Butter takes care of all of my sweet tooth battles. First time I’ve EVER liked a shake

I’ve never been a big fan of protein or meal replacement shakes — something about the whey taste is off putting. So my expectations weren’t high when I ordered the sampler ~ I expected just another shake that I could choke down if I were caught without anything for lunch or ran out of time in the morning. When I made the first keto chow shake, and refrigerated it as suggested in the vlog, I was FLOORED at how delicious it was! Better than a strawberry ice cream shake. I’ve since tried four other flavors, mixing with 5 tbsp cream for the fat (400 cal). Each one is better than the last. I haven’t worked up the courage to try with other fats yet, but might soon. Keto chow, you have a great product.
I track with the app Stupi Simple Keto, and I do wish it was easier to log the shake in…I’m going with the cream and the dry shake packet separately.

Excellent!

I love the base powder option! I like to switch up flavors quite often so a 21 day bag isn’t for me. The singles are nice but kind of pricey when your using 2 a day like I am. This is perfect for me! My only, tiny criticism is that the bag itself is hard to get my hand in & out of. I’m 5′ 3″ so my hands aren’t overly big, I can’t imagine what it’s like for the bigger guys. :) Maybe a bag that’s longer than it is tall? Either way, the base bag will stay stocked in my kitchen and served up as my work day brunch going forward.

I honestly didn’t think this day would ever arrive. The last time we had samples of Chocolate Peanut Butter was version 2.0.0 (nearly 2 years ago) because the fat in the peanut flour would clog the packaging machine. The key to ultimate success was going BACK to the same style packaging we used so long ago but abandoned for the more “looks like a packet of protein powder” style we currently use. One of the reasons we switched to the other style packaging for the rest of the flavors is that this style causes a lot of confusion – people think it’s a protein bar and we will be getting that question again. I’ll take fielding those questions over the “why don’t you have Chocolate Peanut Butter samples?!!” questions we have gotten daily for the last 2 years (which is understandable – since it’s amazing!).

We will not be putting these into any of the bundles for a few months. This was done as a small run “proof of concept” to see if it would work (one of a half dozen such tests that were unsuccessful, until this one!) and we don’t have enough of them to put into the bundles. A larger quantity is in process but will take several months to arrive. I expect we will have sufficient quantity to put into the bundles by August or September 2020. Until then, they are available for purchase separately.

Great Taste! Dissolves Perfect!

I ordered the Sample Bundle. Mixed 4oz Heavy Whipping Cream and 14 oz cold water. Shook bottle, and placed overnight in fridge. Replaced my lunch.
Great taste, dissolved perfect, filling, was very good. After trying several flavors, I have now ordered larger bags. Now I am going to try the Keto Chow challenge I saw on You Tube. I am hoping this is a good kick start for a Keto lifestyle.

I was worried about ordering something from an ad on Facebook, especially after one previous bad experience. Thankfully these shakes are delicious! I’ve already placed additional orders; it’s surprisingly simple to prep 3 shakes in the evening for my meals the following day.

Once I got the added fat of choice figured out, it was easy to get the shake made. It’s best to let chill for a few hours and it’s a nice thick drink, like a milkshake. Very filling and delicious! The Shaker is the best part, mixing everything and whipping it to the perfect consistency. Would love to see a variety pack with single serve pouches that way one is not stuck with a bag of one flavor, as variety is the spice of life.

Initially I Purchased the sample package. I really loved all the flavors. But the one I wanted to try most they don’t put in samples which was the chocolate peanut butter. So I ordered the large packet of that and it arrived yesterday. It is fantastic. Taste delicious and makes me feel full. Kudos for a great product!!

Snickerdoodle is my fav of the few I ordered so far. Banana was ok. Today is orange cream.

I underestimated how full I would feel the first time I had it. I ate a snack with it because I’ve NEVER had a shake make me feel full. I’m always hungry after. Man, that snack was so unnecessary. I’ll be placing a bigger order once I try more of my sample flavors.
