If you mix it with heavy cream, you’ll get the more muted flavor with a lot of creaminess. If you opt to mix it with melted butter and warm water, the pistachio flavor comes through much stronger.

WOW! I just tried the pistachio flavor Keto Chow! They knocked this flavor out of the park! Just when I thought Keto Chow could not outdo the other flavors! This one is just the perfect amount of flavor! I have mixed mine up with 2 different fat sources, one with heavy whipping cream and one with butter. Both tasted great though the one with butter really made the flavor pop! I’m also obsessed with the color of it. Well done Keto Chow!!!

First things first: Pistachio is a LIMITED EDITION flavor. It is ONLY available in the individual sample size packet, and it’s a limited quantity. We will NOT be adding the Pistachio to the sample bundles and it cannot be purchased in the bulk bags. When we run out of the limited edition, that’s the end of it.

Each packet of Pistachio Keto Chow has a unique serial number on the back, just like we did with the Lemon Meringue. Why? Mostly because the company that does our packaging has the capability to do it, we thought it was cool, so we did it. “Collect them all” I suppose =) The first delivery we received is a bit random in the numbering so you may get numbers from the end of the run instead of the beginning. We’ll have that sorted out with people getting the low numbers soon (in case that matters to you).

Pistachio is also the second flavor to switch over to version 2.5.2 which brings with it the change to Real Salt. Real Salt tastes better than the regular salt we have been using in the past but costs a little more for us to use, we’re not charging any extra, you’re welcome! Real Salt is a tiny bit gritty, if you’ve used it in cooking you’ll notice that the added minerals mean you will occasionally get some stuff that doesn’t fully dissolve. This is normal but it should sink harmlessly to the bottom and you likely won’t even notice it.

Are there actual chunks of pistachio nuts?

The Pistachio Keto Chow does not contain any actual pistachio, to be specific: if you have a pistachio allergy, the flavor manufacturer has indicated that it does not contain any flavorings derived from pistachios and should be safe for consumption. There is not an allergy warning for tree nuts.

Wait, how did you keep this a surprise?

Frankly, it was a lot of work, and when people asked “Hey, when are you making new flavors?” I usually just said “there are no new flavors to speak of“.

So are there any other flavors in development? When are more flavors coming?

There are no new flavors in development to speak of.

If, and when, new flavors are developed, tested, and ready for launch – we will be certain to let you know! It’s a long process that takes 6-9 months from beginning to end and we will not announce anything until we have the finished and packaged product on-hand, ready to go. We don’t like promising anything that we can’t deliver and don’t do pre-orders for something that could be delayed beyond our control.

When will the Pistachio Samples be available?

When will the Pistachio bulk bags be available?

We do not currently plan to produce large 21 meal bags of Pistachio.

Wait, why not?

It’s how we decided to make this as a “Limited Edition” flavor. I’m not saying that we will NEVER make large bags available but the plan is that we will not. If the sales response merits bringing them on, we may revisit that decision in a few months.

What do you mean by Limited Edition?

Each of the samples has a serial number on the back that’s unique (because we could, it’s cool and it didn’t cost any extra). When the packets are all sold, that is the end. There is a possibility that if the sales on this flavor are exceptionally strong, we may bring it back in the future, but that is not the current plan.

I want a lot of the Pistachio, can I buy 21 for the same price as a bulk bag of the other flavors?

No, we do have quantity discounts on all our samples though. If you purchase 21 samples, the shopping cart will give you a 5% discount. There are also discounts for 53 and 91 samples, respectively. Buying 21 samples WILL cost more than buying a bulk bag of another flavor, even with the discount.

Hey, it has Real Salt in it? Cool!

We think it’s cool. Using Real Salt adds to the cost but we decided it’s worth it (to be honest, Miriam was the one championing the change and kept reminding Chris to figure it all out until it happened). Real Salt tastes better (to us). The one draw-back of Real Salt is that it doesn’t FULLY dissolve so you may find a very small amount of undissolved minerals (grit) that sinks to the bottom of your cup. This is mostly a little silica with some manganese and iron.

When will the Pistachio be added to a sample bundle?

We are not planning to add the Pistachio to the sample bundles because it’s a “Limited Edition” flavor.

LOVE THESE & Keto Chow

I am learning what flavors I like the best. I did originally buy a full sample package, but now I see one flavor and think I’d like to try it again. My favorite is Chocolate, but then I just fell in love with Chocolate MINT, so much so that I actually signed up for subscriptions for BOTH flavors. This is the BEST chocolate shake & Chocolate MINT tastes JUST like the ice cream flavor. I plan on freezing some of it so I can enjoy it as a treat. I also bought a few extra blender bottles & took a few of these samples and gave it to one of my friends to try since she is always asking what it is I am doing to loose weight. I am down a few pounds & it shows!! And I plan on sticking with it. I also recently purchased the fasting drop sampler & am so excited!! I can do extended fasting without keto issues. I’m hoping to join in on the next extended fast and not get keto flu or any crazy headaches. So far, my clothes are looser and when I don’t have my mask on, people ask me why my face looks thinner! This is the EASIEST to follow & prepare and I hope to see more weight disappear. I would definitely drink this even on a regular basis (maintenance) now that I am back into Keto full swing! I lost 40lbs before, no telling how much I can now that Keto Chow has made it so much EASIER to do!! Don’t hesitate, try a sample & have a few on hand to pass out to friends. I also have a few sample packs I am going to pack for vacation. I might splurge a little while away but want to have a few shakes on hand to stay on track without packing the entire package. (I WOULD LOVE a custom container to hold the entire bag, some sort of plastic bin with a snap lid for each full size flavor I have. I have containers, but they are all different sizes, something labeled Keto Chow would be really cute, I’d buy a few!)

Best Tasting Keto Shake

Keto Chow tastes great. Not like the other brands that taste like pure chemicals…yuk! I always purchase the chocolate flavor and use strong coffee instead of water to make my shake. I also ordered a few sample packets…how could you not love a company that provides the ability to “try” their product first by sample package without having to buy the whole big bag!!!….and I loved the chocolate mint! The lemon merengue tastes just like lemon merengue pie! I love Keto Chow!

Very Yummy

I mixed all my samples with heavy whipping cream, with the mocha flavor I did half coffee and half water along with the heavy cream. Let me say, every flavor was wonderful! All smooth, it was like having a milkshake each day for lunch. I was full for approximately 3 hours after drinking my shake. My favorite flavor was chocolate, it was similar to hot cocoa mix in flavor. I did not notice any aftertaste or protein like flavor with any shakes. I’m not a huge fan of cinnamon but the snickerdoodle flavor was wonderful. Vanilla was my least favorite, but very versatile for different fats or added flavors like coffee or coffee syrups. I’ve already ordered more!! Worth the money!!

YUMMY. I am still having a few ‘clumps’ in the bottom of my bottle, but regardless – it is tasty and keeps me satisfied for quite a while. I found that if I take it out of the frig (after being there overnight) and run it in the blender with a cube or two of ice, it is like having ice cream! I have tried more meal replacement shakes than I can share in this review. With that being said, I can honestly say that Keto Chow is the BEST I have ever tasted. Absolutely no strange after taste. Great product. Avoided Keto Flu!

Really impressed with the flavors and the effectiveness. I’ve done Keto in years past and thought I would try getBig back into it. This is the first time ever that I didn’t experience any keto flu. I’ve had one shake a day for breakfasts and a fatty dinner and absolutely no headaches or sluggishness. Whatever vitamins and minerals this is packed with did the trick! Had to order the rest of the flavor samples now to decide what I want to later bulk buy. Everything was so good from these samples though so it’s going to be hard to decide!

They’re just yummy and easy

Yummy, low carb and healthy fat

I have ALS. Prior to being diagnosed I was living the keto lifestyle and feeling great. I fell in love with the Keto Chow shakes then. Now that I HAVE to eat more calories and pretty much anything I want to eat per Doctor’s orders, (ALS increases the metabolism), I still love my Keto Chow to help me get my calories in without feeling like I’m eating a bunch of junk. Chewing and eating in general have become much more difficult for me due to weakness in my mouth. But the shakes are nice and thick and easy for me to drink my calories. Thank you for creating a delicious option for keto’ers and non keto’ers alike. I just found a bunch of new flavors I love with the single serve packets I ordered.

Tasty, but also HELPFUL

While I have no problem saying that Keto Chow meals are tasty (I haven’t tried a flavor yet that was bad – some are only “great,” instead of “incredible” – I would like to focus on the company from a customer support aspect.

I have been a longtime (happy!) Keto Chow customer, so I am very familiar with the amount of lead time needed when ordering so that I don’t run out (California). I wasnt able to put in my order with enough time normally, however I was REALLY hoping that it would somehow come a day early (wife was being induced with our 2nd born on a specific date/time, and needed to have meals for me while I was there with her). I added this detail into the comment section when completing my order, and was shocked when it arrived a day earlier than I had anticipated – right on time to pack on our way out the door to the hospital. There was even a note mentioning that they were really hoping it would arrive on time and that their estimate had put it a day earlier – not sure if they shipped it faster somehow, or just put a little “good faith priority” when packing my order, but I definitely “felt the love” from this company. It’s little touches like this that can really make or break a company, and I am pleased to say that I will continue to go to them for my Keto needs thanks to how I am treated ?.
Shoutout to Chewbacca for packing this and adding those kind words – the rest of you who have packed my stuff in the past rightfully deserve your own shoutouts as well.

Trying to get back into keto while facing the pandemic is hard. That’s why when I kept seeing the Keto Chow ads on Facebook I was intrigued! I love every flavor I normally love!

I’ve never been a fan of vanilla or snickerdoodle in general, so I didn’t expect to like those, but I absolutely loved the consistency and how filling and energized I felt after drinking them all! And the other flavors are very tasty to me — mocha would be my favorite if not for all the caffeine (maybe there can be a decaf version in the future? ;-D), but strawberry is also amazing as it tastes EXACTLY like a strawberries and cream milkshake (or slightly melted Rebel strawberry ice cream — so if you love that, definitely try this!) :-9

I ordered the gourmet sampler pack too and tried orange cream yesterday and loved it so much that I just bought four bulk bags since it’s on sale this week — and I’ve only used avocado oil and water so far, but I’m looking forward to experimenting with cream, butter, baking, using almond milk in place of water, and adjusting water amounts to see what I like best! I love this stuff — especially when I’m hot and tired as happens more often in the summer. It’s so great to have a cool and quick meal (especially when it tastes like a treat)! :-9

Keto sample flavors

We tried: Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Toffee, Banana, Cookies and Cream, Lemon Meringue, Raspberry Cheesecake, Root Beer Float, Salted Caramel, Snickerdoodle, Strawberry, Natural Strawberry, and Vanilla. They were all pretty good. Usually the best flavor for any kind of meal sub shakes is vanilla, but this was not true in this case. Our favorites that we reordered in bulk were Chocolate Toffee, Salted Caramel, and Strawberry (which shocked me!). If we weren’t already making floats with diet root beer and whipping cream, Root Beer Float would’ve been a contender. Snickerdoodle and Raspberry Cheesecake were okay, but a bit on the bland side. None were hard to choke down WHATSOEVER! This stuff is yumms!

I was impressed with the flavor it’s not watery or weird tasting. But whatever fat source you choose you will probably taste it in the shake. Overall pretty impressed!

The flavors were good & they were filling. Shakes I’ve tried in the past were, at best, tolerable flavor & left me fighting hunger cravings so I was extremely pleased with my shake samples especially chocolate toffee, raspberry cheesecake, and snickerdoodle.

1/2C heavy cream was too much for me, but once I switched to 1/4C I started loving this shake! Perfect to make ahead of time and grab and go. I loved chocolate, salted caramel, and snickerdoodle the most. Vanilla was’t every good. Going to try chocolate peanut butter next, I’m so excited! The blender bottles are so sturdy and seal really well.

OMG, I absolutely love the Keto Chow shakes!! They have helped me to stay on track and gave me a great pick-me-up on days that I’m running constantly. I don’t have to worry about “finding” something to eat and still stick with my “diet”. Great tasting shake

So far i have tried most of the flavors and they have all been pretty good. Flavors are very mild, but tasty. I been using HWC and have gained a few pounds though. Not liking that part!

Great Tasting Product! ?

Out of all the flavors I’ve tried, there is only 1 flavor that I didn’t care for. I like to keep several different flavors on hand so I can have a different one for each meal. I am drinking them for every meal with limited snacks in between. So far I have lost 22 lbs in only 2 months!!

First off let me say I don’t like shakes, not at all. Why did I buy this you ask? I’m not sure, probably the quirky video. Anyway, I made the banana one first, I bought the combo pack. It was delicious and filling. Two things I never expected. So I drank all of them and ordered more. Even my teenage kids and husband like them. I just wish we could buy them locally. It’s easy to make each night and I can grab it as I’m walking out the door in the morning. If you haven’t tried these yet- give it a try, you’ll love it.

Strawberry flavored 21-Day Meal Bulk Pack

I decided to order the Keto Chow 21-Day Bulk pack when I saw the strawberry flavor was on sale and it tastes great. I like to mix it with heavy cream and stow it in the coldest part of the fridge. Overnight small ice chunks form and turns into what I could describe as a thick shake or very cold melted ice cream. This stuff follows through being a meal replacement as it’s super filling. This is helping so much with changing eating habits and I’m planning to order more flavors!

Very pleasantly surprised

The flavors are amazing. I was worried about them being too salty based off of other reviews. I made mine with half cup heavy cream and 14 oz of water, left over night and they were heavenly. Only thing preventing me from ordering more is I’d rather have a month supply of the variety pack as opposed to just getting 1-2 flavors for the month.

A Meal Replacement Shake That Doesn’t Taste Like Wet Cardboard!

I have tried a ton of meal replacement shakes across the board and this is the first time I have actually enjoyed drinking one! Out of the dozens of flavors, I have only found 2-3 I haven’t really liked. But overall, they all taste good and are very versatile to use in recipes. I am a KetoChow user for life now.

Keto Chow Yumminess!

I was looking for an on the go keto shake and I saw the Keto Chow starter bundle and wanted to try it. I liked that it takes into account flexible options for fat macros (I often fall short on those). I am loving all of the options and definitely agree with your recommendations that butter brings out the best flavor! So far my favorites are salted caramel and cookies and cream. I love Keto Chow. I wasn’t fond of the root beer but thought I would try it to give it a chance. It really does taste like root beer. Peanut Butter is my favorite. I add a little bit of coffee concentrate to my mocha Keto Chow. I am not doing a keto diet but like the flavors and options of adding my own amount of fats.

Keto Chow Bulk Packs

I now have ordered 5 different flavors of the Keto Chow bulk 21 packs and love them all. Each time I tried one I would think “Oh this one is my favorite!!” I had been in a stall for 9 week’s…that’s right 9 weeks! After 3 days (chocolate, pb chocolate, lemon meringue) I have really enjoyed the shakes. I’m very picky about “protein shakes” but these have been delicious! I only wish the Lemon came in a bulk size bag!

SO YUMMY!

I LOVED the taste of every single one I got. My favorites, though, were Raspberry Cheesecake and Snickerdoodle. I would love to order these all the time because not only did they help my sweet tooth, I noticed that I was retaining less water and lost a couple of pounds while drinking them.

I have had 3 flavors so far and to me it is like a milkshake. I use a teaspoon of coconut oil as my fat. The caramel was amazing. If you take a sip, you are going to want to chug it. Yum. Seriously tasty.

Much better than expected!

I wanted to make sure we tried multiple flavors before reviewing. These are much better than any other meal replacement or “keto product” I have tried so far. Chocolate was our personal favorite, my husband swears it tastes like Ovaltine. My least favorite was salted caramel. It didn’t taste nasty. I thought it tasted just like a caramel candy which I also don’t like. Lol.

Other than taste, I felt more energetic after drinking the shake each day. They were drank in place of breakfast or coffee each morning between 5-530am. Normally if I don’t have anything in hungry by 6am. If I have coffee I’m good until 9:30. Half a shake (sharing with husband) would have me good until 10:30-11am and I drank most of the strawberry (he doesn’t like anything strawberry) and I skipped lunch that day too.

We will definitely be purchasing more. This will be great to use on those busy days we just don’t want to cook. Those are the days we usually ruin everything and Order pizza. I originally lost over 80lbs on Keto and put almost 30 back during the Covid-19 shutdown trying to live off canned, frozen and boxed food to stay away from the store longer. These will definitely help me get back to it. Thanks!

It’s very good. I’ve had my share of protein shakes and this is better.

It’s very good compared to any other I have tried. I”ve tried a lot! It is Stevia-free which is SO important to me as I am highly allergic to it (ragweed cousin). Get a sample. You may not love every one, but you will find plenty to love.

FANTASTIC! Started Keto Chow 7 day challenge for myself today!

I loved all the flavors in the sample pack. Chocolate Toffee was not included in the pack I tried, but I was seeing such great comments on it, I decided to grab a 21 serving bag for my challenge. I didn’t think it was nearly as good as the straight chocolate. It wasn’t thick or particularly tasty. Everyone has different tastes. This is such a tasty and filling product, I love the other flavors so much. I try to stick to 1200 calories a day and 3 a day of these shakes exceeds that but I’d hate to see loss of flavor for decreased calories. I mix mine in butter, perhaps not the best calories choice? lol Carb count is very low and that rocks!! Thank you sooooo much for this product. I am now and will be a regular customer!

Got some of the Lemon Meringue, tastes amazing. The only thing I don’t like is that it only comes in samples and is a limited time flavor. I’d like to add my vote for bulk packs.

I purchased a big Snickerdoodle bag and a trial size of the Lemon.
Snickerdoodle is my favorite! And the Lemon? Please make it in a large bag!
I made the Lemon with sugar free lemonade as my liquid, then 2 ounces of cream cheese and 2 ounces of HWC. Amazing! So good.
Did the Snickerdoodle with cream cheese and HWC too. Really fantastic!
I know people balk at the price. I did too. But doing this makes your grocery list shrink tremendously. I promise!
Also, the KC shaker bottles are the best! Buy these over cheap ones elsewhere. You won’t regret it!

Sample Bundle

I have tried all the flavors in the sample bundle (and even the ones that didn’t come in the sample bundles) and they are spot on, amazing. The chocolate mint tastes like a girl scouts thin mint cookie to me – definitely can’t go wrong there! I will definitely be putting in orders regularly. Product is one of the best tasting powders

The product of Keto Chow is great so far. Great taste and leaves you full with a good strength of appetite suppressant. Appreciate the scoop that is in the bag.
I always blend the shake idk if that makes a difference.

Please work on your shipping and/or communication. My order was effected by an emergency along the route, but I didn’t know that until 5 days after my order was placed and tracking said “received” at the UPS facility. I’m on the other side of the country so I would like a heads up on an order over $200 that shipping was delayed.
