Ingredients

POWDER

TO MAKE SALAD DRESSING

  • 1 cup room temperature water*
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions

  • To make the powder, mix all dry ingredients together in a small container or Ziploc bag. Use for cooking and seasoning, or proceed to step 2.
  • To make salad dressing, blend the dry ranch mix with water, mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well, then chill for at least an hour before serving. Prepared dressing will last in the refrigerator for up to five days.

Notes

*For a tangy variation on the dressing, replace up to half a cup of the water with pickle juice.

The pickled jalapenos in these biscuits deliver a little heat, and the bacon fat gives them a delicious hint of smoke. They are a perfect accompaniment to chili and make a wonderful vehicle for sausage and egg sandwiches or sloppy joes.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 F
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  • Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, chicken soup keto chow, baking powder, and chili powder together in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl beat together the eggs, heavy cream, and bacon fat.
  • Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients then fold in the cheese and jalapenos
  • Scoop eight biscuits - about 1/4 cup batter each - onto the prepared tray, spacing them evenly so they don’t run together.
  • If desired, sprinkle more cheese over them, and top each one with a slice of jalapeno.
  • Bake approximately 20 minutes, until the biscuits are golden around the edges and spring back when lightly touched in the center. For high altitude, add 5-7 extra minutes of baking time.
  • Serve warm.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container, in the refrigerator, for up to three days.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken, cut into pieces (use chicken thighs)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 6 oz full fat cream cheese room temperature & cut into chunks
  • 1 serving Savory Chicken Soup (or 1 scoop)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp redmond real salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli
  • 1 1/2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut chicken into pieces
  • In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil and cook chicken until no longer pink
  • Add in cream cheese and mix until cream cheese is melted.
  • Add Keto Chow, heavy cream, water, garlic powder and salt. Combine well. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cover the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish with broccoli and cauliflower. Pour chicken mixture over top. Spread an additional 1/2 to 1 cup of cheese across the top.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese begins to brown.

Sarah NOTES: I mixed the keto chow, heavy cream, water, garlic powder, and salt in a separate bowl with an immersion blender and then mixed into the chicken and cream cheese. Shredded cheese was then stirred in.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices thick bacon bacon grease reserved
  • 6 jalapeños diced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tsp dried cilantro
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese
  • 2 servings Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow (or 2 scoops)

Instructions

  • Slice bacon in small pieces. Fry in soup pot until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside for later.
  • Fry chicken in reserved bacon grease for 5-­10 minutes.
  • Add diced jalapeno peppers, onions and garlic to the mixture. Let this cook until soft.
  • Add cream cheese and let melt stirring constantly.
  • Add broth, water and spices to the mixture and stir until pan is deglazed.
  • Add 2 scoops of Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow and whisk in. Let this simmer in slow cooker for 2-3 hours.
  • Add cooked bacon and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and serve warm.
