Gooey S’mores Bars
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar style sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 serving S'mores Keto Chow
- 20 drops Graham cracker flavoring (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
- 20 grams keto marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8”x8” pan with parchment paper.
- Blend everything together in a food processor except the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Place mixture in your prepared pan. Batter will be thick. Spread evenly with a spoon. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Add the chocolate chips and marshmallows to the top and bake for another 5 minutes. Let cool before serving.
