Keto Chow leaderboard update: most popular flavors of Keto Chow in November 2020

Hey, it’s been 6 months since the last time we looked at what flavors of Keto Chow are most popular. We are looking at data on how many are sold a month, using data from the last 12 months (or since they were introduced). We also have data for the 21 meal bulk bags and the samples, surprisingly, the leaderboard differs somewhat between the sizes. You will notice two omissions: the Pistachio and Lemon Meringue; both of those are too new to have reliable data, expect them on the next update.

You’ll notice (as we do) that some of the flavors, especially ones that are more “seasonal” don’t sell as well as others. Back in May, we announced that going forward, we planned to move some of these into seasonal availability once the current inventory of the large bulk bags ran out. Root Beer Float and Orange Cream are available in summertime. Eggnog and Pumpkin Spice Caramel will be restocked in the fall. The Savory Flavors (which are meant to be made hot) will also be restocked in the fall to be available for the cold months of the year. If you’re like me (Chris) and are a bit of a Root Beer fiend and an Eggnog aficionado, be sure to stock up and take advantage of the long shelf life of Keto Chow so you won’t run out of your favorite flavors.

? Flavor of the week: Get 10% off Vanilla Keto Chow bulk packs Nov 9-15

Until Nov 15 you can get 10% off the 21 meal “week” size of the Vanilla Keto Chow. Normally, the Vanilla is $70 for 21 meals, this week it’s discounted down to $63.00 – that’s only $3.00 a meal!

Vanilla is a really versatile flavor and lends itself to all kinds of hacking and tomfoolery =) Some time ago, in a thread in the KetoChow subreddit, we had a bit of awesomeness from MrCharismatist about Vanilla:

What’ll really blow your mind is that all you need is Vanilla and some bottles of Torani sugar free syrup.

Vanilla + Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough syrup is fantastic.

Vanilla + Orange tastes strangely like Froot Loops in a good way.

Vanilla + Red Raspberry is dead on “Red Snow Cone”.

As to Chicken Soup, there’s no need to overthink it and boil water in a kettle to a certain temp. As long as it’s still warm after you put cream or butter in it, it’s fine. My kitchen sink is shockingly hot and I just use it straight.

I’ve got six weeks of chocolate, sevenish of chicken Soup left. When I reorder it’s going to be all Vanilla and Chicken Soup.

To which LavernicaDeLuca replied:

Absolutely agree with the vanilla is all you need. It’s an amazing base for adding flavors. I love adding peanut butter to vanilla, it’s a dream come true for a peanut butter fanatic like me, I just use PB as the oil, it’s amazing. And of course, vanilla is great on its own too. It’s definitely my favorite KC.

There’s also this entire thread just about Vanilla Keto Chow and how versatile it is, give it a read.

We sometimes get asked: “what can I do with Keto Chow besides make shakes?” The best place to start is our Keto Chow Recipes page, here are some of the recipes that use Vanilla Keto Chow:

Keto Product Review – Catalina Crunch

So this is a bit of an odd post: I was asked if I could do a review on a keto cereal. Of the various ones offered, Catalina Crunch was the one I had not yet tried. Unfortunately for them, I was *just* about to start my 28-day experiment eating only Keto Chow for all my food, so when it arrived – it had to wait for a few weeks. In the meantime, several other people that were also doing the same thing posted their reviews of other keto cereals, you can view those on this site.

OK, so here we go!

OK, so first things first: does it keto? I still had a Freestyle Libre glucose monitor installed when I tried the Catalina Crunch. I’m not in love with the various fibers that are used in the ingredients (Potato Fiber, Corn Fiber, Chicory Root Fiber, Tapioca Flour) but there wasn’t a major change in my blood glucose after consuming approximately 1 serving worth of the 3 different flavors together in some (very low carb) yogurt I made.

The secondary thing is: How does it taste?

Tasted like cereal. Of the 3 different ones, I think the Cinnamon Toast was the favorite of myself and everyone else. The Maple Waffle flavor wasn’t as good. The Dark Chocolate is interesting, when you first pop some into your mouth, the chocolate flavor is amazing… until it kinda goes away. It’s hard to describe but all of us that tried it experienced the same thing: strong at first and then not as good. The Cinnamon Toast was the most consistent flavor.

It has a solid crunch, good mouth-feel (though it tended to stick to my teeth a bit after chewing it for a while). It worked really well in the Yogurt and stayed sufficiently crunchy for about 5 minutes and then started to get soft. Cereal School doesn’t get soft like that. I kinda liked the Catalina Crunch better compared to Cereal School.

I didn’t get a chance to put some almond milk with heavy cream on it because the kids kinda tore through the package with reckless abandon. It’s a shame to “waste” keto products on the kids that aren’t doing keto, but I guess it’s less sugar for 1 more meal, right?

I think I do still like High Key cereal best, mostly because of the ingredients. The Catalina Crunch is a better flavor and experience compared to Cereal School which would have me rank the Catalina Crunch second above Cereal School, but just barely because I don’t like all the fiber ingredients in Catalina Crunch.

Keto Chow Flavor of the week: Get 10% off the Eggnog bulk packs Oct 19-25

Fall is coming, it’s time for some holiday cheer! Until October 25 you can get 10% off the 21 meal “week” size of the Eggnog Keto Chow. Normally, the Eggnog is $70 for 21 meals, this week it’s discounted down to $63.00 – that’s only $3.00 a meal!

Eggnog FAQ by Southernbenz

I’ve never had eggnog. Will I like it?

It’s a thick, sweet, creamy and milky flavor- often with notes nutmeg and cinnamon.

Does it taste like eggnog?

It tastes reminiscent of non-alcoholic eggnog. It’s not 1:1 will your favorite name-brand eggnog, but there’s a good similarity. If you’re not an eggnog connoisseur, you’ll love it. If you are an eggnog connoisseur, you’ll still like it. I would recommend trying a sip as-is, and maybe adding 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon.

Rum? Whiskey?

YES. Traditionally, eggnog is to be mixed with dark liquor. For Keto Chow Eggnog, I would recommend something on the heavier side such as Kraken or Captain Morgan Black.

Thanksgiving in a shake

Love the Pumpkin Spice Caramel! It’s like pumpkin pie all blended up into a delicious shake. The Keto Chow shakes not only have great flavor, but they are very filling and offer a variety of caloric intake options since clearly outlined on the mixing guide.

Perfect Macro Deliciousness!!!

I got the keto chow sampler pack with blender bottle to try because I kept hearing on YouTube how great it was. Since I wasn’t prepared to pay for a big one straight off I decided to try the samples to see what I liked. Shocker, I loved them all!! They all taste like what they say, although the strawberry is my favorite because I love strawberry! They send you a very convenient how to chow card, so making it is easy peasy! Overall I would have to say thT if you are doing the ketogenic lifestyle, Keto Chow is a must have for on the go and of course for keto ice-cream!!!!

2Carboholic_losers
You can’t go wrong with chocolate

I can’t say one flavor is better than another because taste is so subjective but I can say that if you like frostys from Wendy’s you’ll love chocolate keto chow. It’s one of the flavors that will almost certainly be in every order I place.

Best Protein Meal Replacement Product I have ever tasted

I absolutely love this product. So creamy, smooth and filling too. We made the best home made ice cream that I have ever eaten hands down and used to directions right from the back of the package. We made the ice cream with using the heavy whipping cream and also with the butter. For me I LOVE the buttery taste so rich, delicious and very filling! I can’t wait until I get the other flavors that I ordered too.

Wendy T.
wow!

I wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. These actually taste amazing AND I feel full and stay full. So easy! My only issue was the vanilla wasn’t good at all. But the rest of the flavors were perfect.

Sarah S.
My Favorite Meal Replacement Shake

I’ve tried other meal replacement shakes. By far, Keto Chow is my favorite; it’s creamy, filling and has the best flavors around!

Gehren S.
Love love love!!

We love our Ketochow! It’s easy prep for both of us, delicious and so much easier than having to track like a psycho ?. It’s a godsend. While we’re not super strict keto, it’s helping us with our caloric and sugar intake! I just had a blood test done and it dropped drastically! We love you guys and your product! Thanks again!! Xoxo

Lisa H.
Love the Ease of Key Chow

I am a busy mom of 4 and Keto Chow means I don’t have to worry about whether what I can eat is something my kids will eat. If it’s a mac & cheese meal for them it can be a shake for me. And they’re delicious.

Olivia F.
Snickerdoodle

Snickerdoodle is by far my favorite. I like all i have tried but i like the cinnamon in this one. I find that about an hour or two after my first i need to drink a half serving more than i am good to go till dinner. I have recently switched to butter(salted) and find that is satisfying me longer.

Kathy P.
Finally found a way to get my fall fix!

I love pumpkin flavors in the fall, but it’s hard to fill the craving when you are on KETO or low-carb-anything. Then I tried a sample of Keto Chow Pumpkin Spice Caramel, and I was hooked! Not only that, but I’m seeing the change in my glucose levels, which is why I started back on a Keto diet to begin with. So not only do I get my craving-fix, I am improving my health..win-win!

Tonya D.
Keto Magic? Witch, Please… It’s Keto Chow!

I had been putting off the Keto Lifestyle for years. Health and Self Image issues just weren’t enough to make that change. Keto Dieting seemed like too much work: All of the thinking about macros, and work put into preparation of food… It was too intimidating!
Keto Chow was catalyst I needed. I am so thrilled with the wonderful results! Easy, fantastic tasting and filling shakes, with real results. When people ask me my diet secret, I don’t tell them that it’s Magic, but I tell them that it’s Keto Chow.

J. Z.
Great product, amazing results!!!

I have tried Keto Diets before and struggled with counting carbs and calories, and just staying with it long enough to see real results. With Keto Chow I’ve stopped craving sweets. I drink 2 shakes a day and cut back to one regular meal which makes it easy to track macros. As a result I have lost 24lbs in just over a month. Its almost too easy, I don’t feel like I’m dieting because these shakes taste amazing!

Yummy!

This is the fourth time I’ve ordered from keto chow. I love all the flavors I’ve tried and Snickerdoodle is definitely delicious. You’re my exclusive meal supplement supplier since my first order. I will definitely be ordering again.

Kari
JUST TRY IT

I was skeptical, given how awful most protein shakes still taste, even in 2020; however, Keto Chow is legit. I don’t like the vanilla, and the strawberry and chocolate are just OK, but the gourmet/exotic flavors are all really delicious. It feels more like a decadent treat/milkshake than nutrition, but I think that’s the point. Anyway, I’m a happy enthusiast now, so give it a shot and make sure you use the blender bottle, HWC, and enough water for it to taste right.

GC
We love the shakes!

My hubby and I love the shakes. I am hoping to try more recipes soon, as well.

Charlotte M.
Amazing

Love all these flavors except vanilla, (just personal preference not bad) for years i haven’t eaten breakfast for years now because never have time and always made me feel sick but since doing keto these are my go to every morning make it up in the night grab it in the morning and take it with me. They are filling and work great already placed a big order to get thru the month

Jason A.
So glad I found this

Keto chow has been so helpful in getting me started on this journey. The sample pack with the blender bottle made it easy. All of the flavors have been very good, with the exception of vanilla. Sorry, y’all, that one was a miss for me. Ordering samples of other flavors and a big bag of chocolate and salted caramel now!

Jennifer E.
Still the best

Other big brands are finally jumping on the Keto bandwagon. I’ve tried the Slim-Fast and others and they aren’t as tasty and lack the complete nutrition.

I have have been on Keto Chow before the subscription system and this is a great addition. It’s cheaper than Amazon especially with the new rewards points.

Keto Chow is still hands down the best.
My favorite flavors are snickerdoodle & chocolate. I tried strawberry & banana so I could make a variety of flavor mixes but for my palette (which is admittedly terrible) the flavors did not come through. So I’m going back to my old stand-by but I encourage you to try! I might be brave and try some hot flavors next!

Jonathan M.
The best gift for friend!!

I have been using Keto chow and I love it!! I decided to make a gift to my friend! She loves it as much as I do❤??. Great gift idea!?

Monika S.
Even better than expected!

If I am honest most keto substitutes are not as good as the non keto versions. That is NOT the case with KetoChow! I could honestly say that I would drink these even if I wasnt doing a keto diet. So far my favorites are the pumpkin spice, salted caramel, and chocolate toffee. I have read alot about putting them in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, but I really enjoy them right after making them. There is a little salty/sweet thing going on.

A+

Bernadette S.
Absolutely the best meal shake!

I have tried the whole sample package and I was happy to drink all of the flavors. I have recommended them to all my friends. I started drinking them 2x a week as a supplemental meal on busy days. I now drink them EVERY morning because for keto they taste way better than boring ol’ eggs…again.?

Elizabeth M.
Pleasantly surprised

So I’ve been using other keto meal replacement shakes and they were not that great. I ordered these because I saw one of the commercials and thought hey a starter pack couldn’t hurt. These shakes are pretty awesome! My favorites are definitely the strawberry, chocolate, and cookies and cream. They legit taste like a milkshake and curb and cravings I have. Definitely recommend!

Caley C.
Definitely a win

I first ordered the starter pack and some extra samples. Some were very good, others not so much. You have to find the flavors that are right for you! My husband LOVES the eggnog. We ordered bulk bags of chocolate, strawberry, and cookies and cream. I drink one shake mid morning and I’m good til dinner. They make me feel pretty energized too. We will be using these from now on ??

Ashley D.
KETO CHOW REVIEW

I liked it so much I bought the big bags of pumpkin spice and chocolate peanut butter and the essential minerals! I am a huge fan of Dr Berry, Neisha, and the two krazy ketos! This is one month for me with the keto carnivore lifestyle and I have lost 40lbs! Since I am recovering from leukemia it has helped me with energy and better immune system function. You are all good people and I hope I can continue to buy your products as I am on a fixed income. Thanks!
