This was cross-posted to /r/keto earlier this week and I’ve decided I’m going to do it, mostly just for kicks (I haven’t done a “cheat day” since January 2015) but also to get losing weight more better-er. I’m planning on doing a post every day, both here and on /r/100DaysofKeto (in the daily post). Anybody want to join in? There’s more info in the side-bar of https://www.reddit.com/r/100DaysofKeto.

He became involved in the nutritionally complete "future foods" movement in January 2014, originally with a conventional recipe and later switching to a high fat, low carb "ketogenic" variant on October 2014. In January 2015 he created the recipe for Keto Chow and released it without restriction for anyone to use, at the same time he began mixing the recipe up for people that wanted a finished product and has seen steady growth in the business every month since.
Wow, this sounds great. I’m in the throes of carb flu and having a reason to keep going feels really valuable right now.
You mean keto flu? If so, go eat some pickles, then drink some of the juice. You’ll feel better quickly.
