Keto Chow Salted Caramel Coffee Cake
Ingredients
Coffee cake
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 servings Salted Caramel Keto Chow (or 2 scoops)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp brown Swerve
- 2 Tbsp granulated erythritol (swerve)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
Streusel
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp Salted Caramel Keto Chow
- 1 Tbsp brown Swerve
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- In separate bowl, mix up eggs and add sweetener, almond milk and melted butter, preferably all room temperature.
- Combine well and add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Add to greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Mix together streusel ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake on 350 for 35-40 minutes.
