Love this product!I was a little skeptical when I purchased this. However, I absolutely love this product! I’ve tried strawberry and chocolate so far and both were delicious. It takes me awhile to drink a whole one because it’s pretty thick, but if you let the product sit overnight like the packages suggest, it’s perfect. A thick and creamy milkshake like texture. I can’t wait to try my other flavors and will definitely be ordering more. It keeps my full and satisfied sweet cravings. Thumbs up.

Great Shaker and Fabulous FlavorsI ordered the sampler to see if Keto Chow tastes good…the shaker came with it and is really well made and easy to clean. So far, I haven’t found a flavor I don’t like, but am working to find the one I like best to order the full size bag. The meal replacement is filling and super easy to make. The only downside is having to plan ahead so that it can be ready when I want it. I cannot yet attest to how well it will help me with my weight loss because I haven’t been 100% Keto….my bad. If I could use Keto Chow 3 times a day, it would probably work well, but I can’t commit to that…still have to cook for the family and find it hard not to eat what I cook.
Unexpectedly Good!I didn’t have a lot of hope that these would taste good, as many of the keto product ans supplements I’ve tried just don’t meet my standards and expectations for taste. These are thick shakes that fill you up and taste really good! The flavors are all very subtle but definitely delicious! I’d say other than having to wait overnight for them to be ready to drink, they are the perfect keto shake!
Very tasty & FillingWas surprised that I enjoyed these so much. I mixed them the night before, as suggested and they were all rich and creamy and very satisfying.
All the flavors are excellent – favorite is chocolate, followed by strawberry! Mocha was good, but the weakest of all the flavors.
Not sure if they would take me out of ketosis, as I haven’t monitored, but I will if I reorder.

Make decision on one? No wayIf you are curious about what flavors you like the sample bundle is perfect. If you like variety the sample bundle is perfect. Now that I have samples I can either order individual size of those I prefer now and again and order large bags of those i want constantly (can you say chocolate and banana?). But sample is the best way to try them out to find what you like. Yum!
Keto Chow is the best!I started because of a friend that recommended it. My first order was cookies and cream. I wasn’t inmpressed..then after reading revoews, I discovered that it is best to keep in refrigerator overnight. I did not do that..so..I tried others. Love them! My least favorite is natural strawberry..it isn’t bad, just not as good as the others. My favorites are Vanilla, Mocha Toffee and Salted Caramel. Snickerdoodle is good but a little sweet for me. I started with one a day and now drink two a day ( mixed and refrigerated the night before) with a meal in between and sometimes a slimfast or quest snack bar. I mix mine with heavy whipping cream. It is expensive up front but you save so much money on groceries and fast food..if you stick to it. I am very happy with the product and will even try the cookies and cream again!
WonderfulI bought these to help me during post surgery recovery due to being on a soft food diet and wanting quality electrolyte and protein replacement meals. Man! This has really been great for my pre and post op prep! It’s hard to get all your nutrients when everything is carb carbs carbs and your body needs quality protein to heal. I will definitely purchase more!
Well balanced mealI was not sure how the chow was going to work. I have had trouble in the past with blood sugar spikes. This has been especially affected by artificial sugar. For over a month I had been eschewing any sweetner of any kind. However the sucralose has not been giving me any problems at all.
I ordered more after the sample bundle, and for the last two days I have been drinking one for breakfast then another for lunch. After reading the research done, I chose butter as my fat. No clumping, great flavor. I use the blender bottle that came with my sampler to do a quick shake up before I drink.
Of the flavors I have tried, strawberry, chocolate, mocha, vanilla, salted caramel, snickerdoodle, and now chocolate peanut butter along with the chocolate toffee, the only one I would avoid would be the vanilla. Perhaps the salted butter I used was adding a wang to the flavor but I didn’t prefer the flavor. Peanut butter is delicious, so is the salted caramel.Today I had to sit through an all day training. Breakfast was Panera et all, lunch McAlistairs. The two shakes I drank completely satisfied me with no cravings for the sweets or carbs at all. In fact, at lunch the shake with a water bottle had me stuffed.

Very FillingSo I ordered the samples because I am very picky with taste and I needed to know if I loved this before I went for the big bags. I can say that so far, I have enjoyed all that I have tired. I used heavy cream for the shakes. I am yet to try the soups, I will update my review once I do. I hope this helps someone in their decision!
Love these!So far I have tried both the Chocolate and Cookies and Cream options. I have only used them as a shake with heavy whipping cream. I truly enjoy them! Amazing productKeto chow snickerdoodle so far is my favorite flavor. I make it with heavy cream and leave it in the fridge for 24 hours. It tastes just like a delicious snickerdoodle cookie. The 24 hour wait really helps thicken it up to the consistency of an actual milkshake. Next I’m trying cookies and cream. I highly recommend keto chow

A great meal replacementI assumed this was going to be a typical protein powder with a funky taste. I made my first two samples with melted butter. It was weird to drink them that way, so I tried the next two with heavy cream. They were so delicious! I mixed up the strawberry flavor, then put the mixture in a blender with ice. It tasted like a fast food milkshake.

Great product! Recommended!I was new to Keto chow and wanted to try the sample pack to get an idea of what the flavors were like. I saw reviews of the flavors being tasty so I wanted to give it a try. I hate the taste, flavors, textures of other meal replacements or protein drinks but I really enjoy Keto chow. My favorite flavors so far are salted caramel and snickerdoodle. I enjoy pumpkin caramel spice and chocolate. I wasn’t a fan of natural strawberry but my husband loved it.
I love the convenience of KC when I don’t want to make meals or for meals that I really don’t want to put effort into. It keeps me full for a while so I find myself eating less than I would without (which aligns with my goal of weight loss).
Officially Hooked!I am a proponent of whole foods (I love to cook, so that helps!,) so I wasn’t sure how I would take to Keto Chow. However, I decided to try it on a recommendation, and boy am I glad I did! I am officially hooked on Keto Chow! My parents live about four hours away and this is the perfect product to take with me not only to supplement what I have access to there, but also to drink on the road. Great way to try several flavorsI purchased the sample pack so I could try a few flavors without committing to a big bag, but not only is it great for taste-testing, but it is also super convenient to take while traveling. The big bags can be a bit of a powdery challenge for me, but the individual packets work really well. I would love it even more if I could pick my own flavors, because I don’t do pumpkin and so I give that one away.
Chocolate Toffee is sooo deliciousI have purchased all the samples including the soups. I like most of them but the chocolate toffee is definitely my favorite. I like having the samples so I have some variety. I nmnalso love mixing them in advance and having a couple in the refrigerator ready to go. They taste better after they sit at least 24 hours. Really good stuff!
Best shakes I have hadSo when I saw all the reviews, I questioned them. I got the sample pack and absolutely loved them! Luckily, shipping is so quick I was able to order big bags and get them quickly. They taste like what they say, root beer float is my personal favorite – it tastes like cheating. They fill me up and I am not craving sugary food like before. Definitely recommend (my best friend already ordered hers).
So Good!I was skeptical about how it would taste, so I took a gamble and got a big bag of Snickerdoodle (who doesn’t like snickerdoodle!) and then the starter sample bundle. I didn’t really know what I was doing when I made my first shake but it was DELICIOUS! I now can’t wait for my next one. I did take me some time to figure out what fat source was best for me to keep me feeling full. I love HWC but not the carbs so I’ve settled with a little bit of Half and Half and MTC oil. I like to add the oil because it helps get every drop out of the blender bottle. It’s soo good!
Gourmet Sample PackI have been very please with most of the flavors in the sample pack. I was a little leery of a few since they aren’t a flavor I would have chosen. The chocolate mint was ok as was the snickerdoodle. I’m waiting to try the creamy chicken, my reason for ordering this pack. The raspberry cheesecake is my FAVORITE. I have not had the orange cream yet, I don’t like creamsicles so I’ve put trying that one off for last. I’ve blended with both heavy cream and butter, both work fine, the heavy cream gives me a thicker consistency which I like. I orderd a large bag of thr raspberry cheesecake. I will certainly order again.
Took 24 Hours… now I’m hookedI’ve never been a big fan of mixing powder with liquids. Something sorta “cakey” about it. I bought a month’s worth of KetoChow after a co-worker recommended it. After my third one on the first day, I felt I was doomed. They weren’t as good as I’d hoped. That was… until I sipped my shake the next morning. Maybe my taste buds just had to acclimate. Maybe my body was just hungry for some solid food. I don’t know. But I’m over a week in and its the tastiest, greatest diet I’ve ever encountered. Better than any milkshake you could ever imagine. I look forward to every shake. After mixing for the next day, sometimes I can’t help myself and take a sip before bed, just so I know what I’m looking forward to. Will definitely be doing this at least once a year. May even mix them into my non-keto diet after ketosis for a quick, fulfilling breakfast on the go.

Preferred over other Keto Meal Replacements
I’ve tried other keto replacement meals that just require water, which seem convenient, so I gave them a try. The macro’s are littles less than Keto Chow, but Keto Chow keeps me satiated until my next meal, others I would consume and seem to be hungry within a couple of hours. I fast at least 4-5 times a week 16:8, break my fast with a keto coffee, then a couple of hours later my keto chow shake then a solid meal. Overall, I’m more satisfied with this product! There isn’t a bad flavorI always want something quick and simple but that tastes good too. I LOVE the raspberry cheesecake and snickerdoodle. My absolute favorites. Thank you for making a shake that actually tastes great!!!

Loved the flavorsI have ordered the two sample packs so far and they are so good. There is only one flavor so far that has not been a favorite but all the others has tasted so good. I love that all flavors are added to the cronometer, which made it easier for me to determine which force to use and how much. For me I found 3 tbsp of butter with 1-2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream worked out well for my macros. By day 2 I found myself barely hungry so I drank one shake with my dinner. I have lost 5 pounds so far of the weight loss stale I have been on. IF you are curios and want to try it out, I recommend the starter bundles since they allow you to try different flavors and see which ones you like best.
New to Keto chow and love it.I received the starter sample kit and I love it. It’s so easy to make and it’s great to take with me to work for breakfast. The taste really surprised me, I love all the flavors I received. I have put in another order.
Amazing Product and serviceOrdered this product in order to taste some of the different flavors. So far the only flavor that wasn’t my favorite was the pumpkin spice caramel one (I am not a pumpkin spice person). But I was absolutely amazed on how good all the other flavors tasted. The product I received within 2-3 business days after ordering which I was very excited about. This product has been a great help with my busy schedule AND I was able to finally step over that plateau I have been on. A must try – flavor suggestions would be snicker doodle and the chocolate (partially frozen reminds me of a Wendys frosty).
A great tasting keto meal replacementKeto Chow is a great tasting, easy to make, keto meal replacement drink. I bought this for my son to get started on keto. He drinks two shakes a day and eats one standard keto meal. Keto Chow recommends letting your shake sit in the refrigerator overnight and so do I. This helps with flavor and consistency My son enjoyed chocolate with PB fit added (peanut butter) and Root Beer float the most but all the flavors tasted great. Pumpkin caramel was his least favorite but it was still completely consumed. Keto Chow may seem pricey but I invite you to compare the nutritional values and taste to any other keto shake on the market. Once you have you will see the difference in quality and quality isn’t about meeting the lowest price point.
Orange Cream is delicious, but all flavors are!This is the absolute best meal replacement shake I have ever had. I’ve tried more than 30 different brands and I could barely drink them. I actually look forward to my Keto Chow and a lot of times drink them as dessert. Absolute best product and company ever. Fast processing and shipping and support on FB.
Guilt Free IndulgenceI had been doing Keto for about 3 weels when I saw your super fun ad. I decided to order because school mornings get busy and I thought your shskes could help out. After trying the starter kit I ordered more singles to try all of your flavors. I feel like I am having a cheat meal, they taste so good!! I can spend my morning time putting together a lunch for work while drinking my Keto Chow for breakfast before driving the kids to school which has helped me stay on track. So delicious and simpleI struggled when I started Keto. Great flavors!Very easy to make and the favors are really great! I have tried a lot of keto meal shakes but I was surprised at how good they were. Yummy Yummy YummyAs a Chocolate lover, I tried the Chocolate Keto Chow and I just loved it! It had the best flavor and that nice mouth rounding feeling you get from creamy and delicious chocolate! I used Heavy Whipping Cream as my fat base as per package directions and it was awesome. For the second sample I tried it hot instead of cold. I used Heavy Whipping Cream plus 14 ounces of hot coffee, plus about 6 ounces of water and I was super full and satisfied. I just ordered two big 21 serving bags of the same mix! something specialWe ordered a few same flavors just to give it a try. Anyone on a keto diet knows that you can only eat so much cheese and eggs. I was hard for us to want to stay keto. But after tasting tge KETO CHOW salted caramel and then mixing it with coffee. I was hooked. Keto Chow is perfect for my familyI work a job where I get off work a little late in the evenings and it has been a struggle getting home and getting dinner figured out before it got late. Keto chow and fasting dropsSo far I have been very pleased with Keto Chow products. I use the chocolate in my frozen coffee I make and it’s real good. I use the fasting drops on my 72 hour fasts, it seems to help me push through. I just wish all the flavors were flavored with monk fruit or stevia. Thank you Keto Chow, you are doing a great job making your products good and good tasting.
Worth every pennyI cannot stress enough how important it is to try a sample bundle before going all in on a flavor. I have been surprised which flavors work for me. I found that my typical go-to flavors like vanilla and cookies & cream are a no-go. For some reason, those mixed up extra frothy and foamy (not palatable to me) when I prepared them the exact same way as other flavors. And the orange cream wouldn’t dissolve for me and ended up being tiny chunks of almost gelatinous powder. I also highly recommend experimenting with the preparation to make it palatable to you. When I followed instructions and left overnight, I didn’t like the texture. I use 14 oz water, add powder, shake vigorously in blender bottle, add cream to reach 20 oz, gently swirl to mix cream in, add lots of ice on top. Then I drink immediately. No thick pudding texture, no extreme saltiness.
Love my Keto chowI really enjoy my daily shake! I like to let it sit for 2 days so it’s nice and thick! Really filling! Great taste!
Yummy and filling!I didnt think that this would be good… but it is! I drink my shake in the morning (I use avocado oil) and I won’t be hungry for hours. I haven’t had any signs of carb flu, and I don’t feel like my body is lacking any nutrients. I’ve tried cheaper substitutes, but they don’t do what ketochow does.

So yummy! Tastes so much better than the usual diet shakes!!My husband and I decided to try the keto diet. Overwhelmed by the information and just not knowing where to start, we decided to start off with Keto Chow! We felt that would be the best way to ease into ketosis (to avoid the keto flu…which we have had none) and get past the cravings. So far so good! We are a week and a half in and although we ate some eggs and bacon here or there, we are doing great and losing weight! (My hubby has lost 8 lbs and I’ve lost 5 so far!) Love the fact that we can sample all the flavors! There is not ONE flavor as of yet that we have tried that we were like, yuck! (I think we’ve tried about all but the peanut butter chocolate one since it was out). We love Keto Chow and enjoy our shake assembly line every evening as we prepare for the next day! Fantastic! Exceeded My Expectations!I recently started keto and saw an add for Keto Chow on Facebook. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I liked the add so I figured I’d give it a shot. I was incredibly surprised by how easy and tasty the meal shakes were! I’ve already ordered more! My only complaint is that I can’t buy smaller bundles of individual flavors, so it takes more time and a few extra dollars to choose each one individually on the website. Otherwise, great product!
