AmazingWow, what can I say about this, I bought the sample bundle and so far i have tried the strawberry and the salted caramel. Both Amazing. I love the fact that there is plenty of protein and can control the fat to what my macros are. I will be buying more in the future!

A great meal replacementI assumed this was going to be a typical protein powder with a funky taste. I made my first two samples with melted butter. It was weird to drink them that way, so I tried the next two with heavy cream. They were so delicious! I mixed up the strawberry flavor, then put the mixture in a blender with ice. It tasted like a fast food milkshake.
Delicious!I am lazy. I admit it. My laziness caused me to gain 20 lbs because I would wait until I was on the road and starving to eat. Fast food for the win. This helps keep me full. There is ZERO “mediciny” taste or aftertaste. Love it! The chicken soup is also great for a thermos lunch on the go!

Sample MealsThe Shakes are convenient and all the flavors taste good! Malt like consistency, so it seems like you are cheating! I wanted faster results, but only started with a weeks worth of replacement shakes. I have ordered more and I will see what results I achieve. Must try!I had been struggling to get back on track and saw the cute video and saw there was a sample pa class to try. I was delighted with what I received the chocolate and snickerdoodle was my favorite! Can’t wait to try more flavors as well as the soup! I am in almost a week and have lost almost 10 lbs!!!!
I tried Ketochow for the first time yesterday. Oooh myyyy goodness!!! That chocolate is to die for! I am ordering a large bag today! And it made me so full!
The only thing is that I wanted to order a sample pa k for a friend but your site is not gramma friendly.
