What is a scoop measurement?
the large bags of Keto Chow have a scoop in them. The smaller sample pouches have the same 1 serving amount in them already measured.
Just made these and OMG, they are so good! I should’ve trusted the recipe though when it said bake for 30 minutes. I pulled them out a little early and should’ve let them ride. Buthey are still delicious, I’ll definitely make again. Any idea what the nutrition info is on these, though?
The Recipes that I (Chris) create, I’ll generally add that but I use grams to measure. Amanda and Taffiny have stated that due to variability in ingredients that you might randomly find they will not give macros, that’s up to you to do with the ingredients you get.
Do you know what the macros are for this? They look amazing
OMG! If you are missing desserts or cheesecake specifically, you must try this recipe with Keto Chow. The bottom actually has a crust like texture! It is DELICIOUS! I am cheesecake obsessed and this is good.
Awesome thankyou
So yummy! Wouldn’t even know it was Keto
After these are refrigerated do they have to be kept cold? They look yummy and I would love to make them and then mail them to a friend for Christmas.
Yes, they do need to be kept refrigerated.
Made these tonight and shared them with my parents. We all loved them. I’m going to experiment with other flavors, too.
These are so good! I am going to try and make a batch with peanut butter chocolate instead. Do you think they will come out as good?
Feel free to experiment as much as you would like with different flavors!
These look amazing but how many bars are a servings? I don’t get that. Thanks!
1 bar equals a serving with 15 bars in this recipe. I love making this one and the servings are fairly small, about 2″x2″
