Keto Chow Salted Caramel Coffee Cake
Ingredients
Coffee cake
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 servings Salted Caramel Keto Chow (or 2 scoops)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp brown Swerve
- 2 Tbsp granulated erythritol (swerve)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
Streusel
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp Salted Caramel Keto Chow
- 1 Tbsp brown Swerve
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- In separate bowl, mix up eggs and add sweetener, almond milk and melted butter, preferably all room temperature.
- Combine well and add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Add to greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Mix together streusel ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake on 350 for 35-40 minutes.

This looks great, is there a way to get the nutritional value?
I use Cron-o-meter to figure out macros and nutrition. You create a new “recipe”, add all the food and then how many servings there are and BOOM, you have not only the recipe for future reference but you nutrition to add to your day’s tracking.
This recipe looks awesome. I can’t wait to make it. But I got confused with it stating 1/2 cinnamon twice for the strudel. Is this a typo?

Please verify the amount of baking powder to use. It says 1 tbsp.
Is it 1 tsp or 1 Tbsp?
Yes, it is one tablespoon.
