Red, White, and Blueberry Keto Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 serving Vanilla Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Whisk Vanilla Keto Chow Powder, almond milk, and cream until smooth.
- Fill the bottom of popsicle molds with blueberries.
- Cover berries with Keto Chow mixture. Fill molds with strawberries, and cover with remaining Keto Chow mixture.
- Freeze overnight.
- Remove popsicles from molds by running under hot water.
