I’m finally finishing up Good Calories, Bad Calories: Fats, Carbs, and the Controversial Science of Diet and Health by Gary Taubes. He wrote another book “Why We Get Fat: And What to Do About It” that apparently covers much of the same info but is simpler and easier to take in, I’m going to read it next. (more…)

Apparently I drank too much water yesterday and my weight ticked up from 209.4 to 210.7 – wasn’t the direction I wanted to go for my actual 6 month keto anniversary. (more…)
I was pretty surprised a few days ago to discover I had gone from a XXL size shirt to a L and from 38 pants to 34. Yesterday I gutted my closet, boxed up everything that was larger than size Large and donated it to charity. (more…)
