Peach Cobbler Bon-Bons
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp brown sweetener
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 serving Peaches & Cream Keto Chow
- 1 cup pecans toasted & ground
Instructions
- Mix the butter with the sweetener, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon, then mix in the cream cheese and Keto Chow.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Scoop chilled mixture into half ounce balls, using a tablespoon or half ounce scoop.
- Roll each bon-bon in the ground pecans to coat.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a week or in the freezer for three months.
