I tried this flavor for the first time today and really enjoyed it. As I got to the bottom of the drink I noticed that there were a number of dark almost raspberry seed looking specks present. Is this something normal in keto chow and/or this flavor?
That’s the Vitamin A, encapsulated to keep it from oxidizing. After mixing, the capsule dissolves and releases the vitamins, resulting in red-colored streaks within the mixture. It’s completely safe and will go away with a quick shake.
