Keto Mocha Tiramisu Mousse

- 6 dessert bowls or wine glasses
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1/2 cup granulated sweetener
- 1 serving Mocha Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 16 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the coffee, sweetener, Keto Chow, and vanilla extract; mix in the mascarpone cheese.
- In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture.
- Divide among six small serving dishes and sprinkle the top of each with cocoa powder.
- Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh berries and more whipped cream if desired.

What exactly is 143 g serving size? Such as, 1/2 cup or 1 cup or 1/8 of a cup or a spoonfull??
Sounds & looks like it would be decadent and yummy. But not at all a healthy option for my goal to continue to loose weight.
Some of these suggestions (recipes) really do not seem to realistically keep in the best interest of people wanting to
maintain a lowcarb/healthy life.
But maybe I am missing something here. I am open for suggestions because I am still learning. Thanks.
The serving size is approximately 3/4 cup.
Many people find our recipes fit very easily into their macros of 20 net carbs or less, but everyone is different. For example, some people choose to go by total carbs instead, and they may find some of our recipes do not fit well for their needs. It is all about finding what works for you personally.
