- 6 dessert bowls or wine glasses
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1/2 cup granulated sweetener
- 1 serving Mocha Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 16 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the coffee, sweetener, Keto Chow, and vanilla extract; mix in the mascarpone cheese.
- In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture.
- Divide among six small serving dishes and sprinkle the top of each with cocoa powder.
- Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh berries and more whipped cream if desired.
