Lemon Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1/4 cup confectioners erythritol
- 1 scoop Lemon Meringue Keto Chow
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Lemon Glaze
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp powdered erythritol
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. Scoop onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- Dust or glaze cookies.
- Let cool for five minutes and dust with powdered erythritol.
- To make the glaze, mix everything together with a fork and drizzle on cookies once they are completely cooled.
