Got 3 big bagsI ordered snickerdoodle, vanilla, and pumpkin spice caramel. My favorite in order is the snickerdoodle, vanilla, and pumpkin spice caramel from this order. The other favorites are chocolate , raspberry cheescake, strawberry, root beer float and lastly banana. Great service and nice getting military discount. Thanks for making delicious shakes. Five Stars All The Way!I was super impressed with both the taste & texture! It was so much better than I had expected, especially the strawberry flavor has me hooked. Now I just want to taste every single flavor! Amazing product, very entertaining advertising, and although the cost seems a little spendy…the quality is worth every penny!
Really like the product so farI had snickerdoodle using heavy cream and chocolate using butter both tasted amazing also the electrolyte drops singles really hit the spot after long days of working outside in the heat in Louisiana. I will definitely purchase more keto Chow products.
WowI honestly thought this was just a hyped up product and would be chalky or have a weird aftertaste. IT IS SO TASTY! I’ve only made my samples with the heavy cream so far and I am stunned with how good this tastes! Like milkshakes almost.. I am definitely going to by more and start a full 30 day challenge!
Sample bundleThis Is a great way to introduce yourself to a new product. The variety of flavors were well chosen a sent me in a direction of flavor choices in the larger bags.

Da Bomb!!I bought the sample pack with the blender ball, I’ve drank 4 of them so far and they are absolutely delicious!!! I wish that the bulk bags weren’t so expensive so that I could buy more than 1 at a time. But I placed an order for vanilla so that I can add flavors to it so that each day is a different flavor. If the prices ever come down I might could afford to buy a couple of bags. Thank you so much for a delicious product!!
Delicious!So far, I’ve bought:
Vanilla (good base for other flavors — I add flavored oils and Skinny Syrups)
Strawberry (my favorite!)
Mocha (delicious on its own — best with hwc)
Chocolate (I add banana flavored oils or pb powder, so good!)
Root Beer (HWC, 1/2 water — let sit in the fridge overnight, put in freezer 1/2 hour before drinking and add a can of Diet Root Beer… So freaking good!)Keto Chow is honestly the best protein/keto shakes I’ve ever tasted!
Delicious & FillingI love these shakes more than any other store brand I’ve tried. I tried using different fats and my favorite is heavy whipping cream. These are so much better tasting and more filling than other brands that I made the commitment to a large bag! But I still love my sample flavors to round everything out.
Recently I’ve found the recipe page. I’m looking forward to trying those soon.
I’m a believerI was a little reluctant to try the shakes, as I’m not a shake person. I’ve never had a shake that I actually liked and it always felt like punishment. Keto Chow is a whole new ball game! I actually look forward to drinking these! It’s so good, creamy, and absolutely delicious! I can’t believe I waited so long to try these!! I purchased all the other flavors this past week and have replaced two meals this week and usually I’m still full by dinner. I’m a total Keto Chow fan!!!
Life time ChowerI am not a fan of diet shakes and bars… So for me to try this it was a long shot as I needed something quick at work lunch during this pandemic…. I tried the starter pack and ordered 2 additional flavors I was interested in that were not included….
I must say I enjoyed them all so far… No chalky taste. Not overly sweet. Easy to make… Can be enjoyed in may ways… I have partly frozen, warmed in coffee, and just cold…. Eggnog had spices added to it… Banana taste like banana… Strawberry was great frozen like a milkshake…. And I found even if I added to much water it didn’t effect the taste…
Oh my goodness! KetoChow is GREAT!I started keto years ago, before keto was cool, as per my doctor for health reasons. Terrific side effect is weight loss that had been near impossible for me for a long time. It was time consuming and a challenge, but I love keto. Fast forward 4 years… Lately I’ve been eating too many starches and my weight started creeping up. Still no sugars or carbs but needed to get back on track. KetoChow is incredible! Tastes great, super easy, and all inclusive with all the nutrients I need. I’ve lost those few sneaky pounds and feel great. KetoChow makes it easy and fun!!!

I’m. Low on chloride and sodium after my blood work what’s the best electrolyte for me
by far the most important one is sodium chloride, aka: regular salt. Put salt on your food (I even add some to my Keto Chow!)
Why don’t you make a bag that’s 1/2 the size of the big bags? It would be cheaper & i’m sure you would sell more!
