I made this last night. Very delicious. I might add more jalapenos and cheddar cheese nex time.
Is a serving size 1 cup? Thanks
One serving is one scoop, 46.07 grams, or one sample packet.
I’m guessing 1 – 1/2 cups is a serving of soup
You are correct just over 1 cups is a serving.
Very confusing. What is a scoop? how do you measure out 46 grams of soup?
When you buy Keto Chow in the large bags, it comes with a scoop to use to measure 1 serving, you can also use a scale to measure the dry powder. This is the same amount as the individual samples which are one serving as well.
I think Fay and Marty are asking the serving size of the soup as made in the recipe. Not the serving size of the soup base. The recipe states it makes 6 servings. Based on the totality of the recipe, does it make a bowl of finished soup or a cup?
One serving of the finished soup in this recipe will weight approximately 445 grams, and will be approximately 1/6 of the entire batch. I do not have the measurement for what volume that would be.
Question: Could this be cooked in a pressure cooker? If so, what adjustments on time would you recommend?
We have not tried it, but I’m sure it would be lovely. I’m not sure what timing would look like; you’ll want to refer to your pressure cooker manual to get an idea of the cooking times.
This recipe says that 2 servings of savory chicken soup keto chow or 1 scoop is needed This confuses me. I thought 1 serving was 1 packet or 1 scoop. Please clarify. Thanks
It says 2 servings or scoops. Hope that clarifies!
Yes they fixed it lol
