Love itSome flavors were better than others, but none were bad. Ordered to get a feel for keto chow and to figure out which flavor I liked before going all in on a big bag. Cookies and creme for the win btw. This stuff is awesome!
Chocolate flavors are the bestWe’ve been Keto Chowing for a while now and we’ve been able to decide which flavors we prefer. I love Natural Strawberry, but the Chocolate and Mint Chocolate flavors are so good with salted butter. My Fiance loves Salted Caramel and Snickerdoodle as well.
Repurchased !!For the most part my favorite flavors are Cookies and Creme and salted Caramel. I prefer to add coconut milt as my fat source which does not change the flavor. This is a great way to add my MCT oil & Collagen!!
Good Stuff!An actual meal replacement shake that has shake consistency, good flavor, AND low carbs?? Yes, please and thank you! I started with a sample pack to get an idea of the flavors I like. Some were good and some not my favorite, but that’s just me. I will definitely purchase again. This is some good stuff!!
This was a great trial of the product with individual packs of different flavors to try as well as a great drink shaker. I liked it so much I went back and bought two of the big bags.
Delicious and convenient for people on the go.I love keto chow… I drive a school bus so I’m always on the go and having the quick a very tasty shake to take with me in the morning makes it super doable to keep up the keto life style. Thank you keto chow keep up the good work!
It’s working, it makes it easier for sure.I’ve been at it since the middle of September (with a week off for vacation ☺) I’m down a little over 30 pounds. 2 shakes most days, breakfast and lunch and a keto meal for dinner. Just need to watch your calories and you can do this too. This product makes something very difficult, easier. It’s not a miracle cure, you still have to be disciplined, but it helps you get through you days without feeling like you are starving to death. By the way I think every flavor I’ve tried, about half of them are delicious, and that helps too! You can do this!
Tastes Great!! Love the Potassium Content!I am so impressed with the taste of this. I’m sure it’s mostly the heavy cream, but the fact that it doesn’t have a weird protein aftertaste and the ingredients are so good is awesome! I also love how much potassium it has. It is actually quite difficult to get all my recommended amount of potassium. Thank you guys for making such a great product! I plan to buy a full pack and continue to be a customer as long as you guys are still producing it!

Better than advertised!TLDR: Tastes great, good price, I am a Keto Chow man for life.
I purchased the standard bundle to try out the shake and see if I could see myself drinking them twice a day for long periods of time. Each flavor was amazing. The only one that I couldn’t drink every day is the chocolate and that’s mostly to do with the separation over time and the need to spend more time blending.
I immediately purchased the larger quantities to begin using them. Doing the math, they will save me quite a bit of money per month taking the place of my breakfast and midday snacks.The only thing I can raise as a concern is that my wife seemed to have a bout of acid re-flux with ingestion of the sweet flavors. But we believe this to be more about her sensitivity to the sucralose in the sweet drinks than anything else. So more about her issues than the drinks. I had no issue whatsoever.
Is this really good for me?It tastes too good to be healthy.

Curbed my hunger!This product was a total surprise. It took away my hunger and tasted really good. I mixed it with the cream for my oil ingredient and let it sit in the fridge overnight as was suggested for the best flavor. I will be ordering this again now that I know which flavors are my favorite and which ones I would still like to try. I was skeptical at first but I am not anymore. This really is a good product, I’m glad I found it.
