Genuinely surprised at how great this works.One day my mom was talking about Keto. Blah, Blah, Blah. I had just started working out again 4 weeks prior to get in better shape and saw an ad either on Facebook or Instagram and I thought “hey, lets give this stuff a try”. MY VERY FIRST SHAKE, I KID YOU NOT. I had this shake at about 11am. I did not eat until 8:30pm. My appetite was suppressed and I felt great for the rest of the day. Now I do not recommend eating that late, I just wanted to see how long I could go without feeling hungry. Keep in-mind I am working out about 4-5 times a week so my BMR is somewhat high. This little shake knocked it out of the park with only 525 Cal. :)
Great flavor and consistencyTastes and feels good, going down. Keeps me full for hours. I use heavy cream in mine, and it is great.
great flavorI love Ketochow in that it is filling and yummy. I am not at all crazy about the price which definitely inhibits daily use let alone twice daily.
I feel that the shipping, at this price should be included but it isnt my company. :)

Delicious!Keto Chow makes the transition to eating keto so easy! I’m a manager and server at an Italian restaurant and CARBS are EVERYWHERE! I have a shake for breakfast and bring a shake with me for lunch. It fills me up that I don’t snack at work at all! Already down an additional 20lbs since I started with KetoChow!
Better than I expectedI thought they would taste funny or not be as good over all. Glad to say I was very surprised at how amazing they really are. Letting it sit atleast over night is a must. They get super thick and are very filling.

Love this stuff!You’ve made it easy for me to do keto! Just mix and drink, don’t have to figure anything out. I use KetoChow twice a day and I am loving the taste of the salted caramel.
Tastes like a real milkshake!Not a sickly sweet as a real milkshake and with a hint of salt, but if you are KETO already, you will prefer it this way. Love the Chocolate the best and the Vanilla has a nice taste, not that chalky fake vanilla most protein shakes have.

Hands Down Best EverI cannot use just any meal replacement product as most contain whey protein and I am allergic. So I was excited to try this product and it did NOT disappoint! It mixes withOUT a blender into a smooth, non-grainy cup of yummy! Snickerdoodle was my favorite.
