Helps Keep Me On Track
The commercial for this really drew me in. One of the biggest obstacles I have with Keto is finding time to meal prep. I’ve been doing Keto for about three and a half weeks now and having these shakes have kept me right on track. The best part about it is, these are delicious and keep me full for a long time. I’ve tried four flavors so far and can’t wait to try more. I can say from personal experience that the Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Toffee, Salted Caramel and Rootbeer Float are delicious!

Here’s another review, it should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such.

Better than expected
I’m not gonna lie. Shakes usually make me gag because they are too sweet or they just taste chalky. The only reason I even gave this brand a try is because of the variety of flavors. I was not disappointed. So far, I have only tried 5 flavors but I have loved them all – even the ones that I thought I would not. Will definitely order more after I try all the flavors!
