How can this be a reasonable keto recipe with 18 carbs listed in it. What am I missing?

The avocado and the banana pair so well together! I did switch out the almond flour in favor of another scoop of chow as me and the flour don’t get along too well. Found the 1/2 cup of swerve to be little overkill. I was using regular (confectioners) paired with some ground cinnamon. Will probably cut the amount down to a 1/4 cup next batch!

After making my son a traditional banana bread this morning, I decided to make a KC version. I started with this recipe, but since I only had one packet of banana KC, I used a scoop of KC pumpkin spice caramel. I also added a handful of chopped raw walnuts. It is SO good! I think I will let my son have a taste of this for comparison, if I have any left!
Are there any subs for avocado that anyone can think of?
