On a more serious note, sometimes I do get very hungry when trying to eat only Keto Chow. If I have two meals per day of Keto Chow, I’m never sure what macros I should be aiming for with the third meal, or how much I should be eating. Part of me wants to say: you are probably eating too much normally, you should try to get used to a lower calorie diet. On the other hand, perhaps my body is trying to tell me I’m not eating enough.
Have you felt this way? What advise might you have, other than adjusting the amount of cream in the mix? (My appetite stays consistent regardless of the amount of cream used)

Honestly the only suggestion I have is to increase the calories, you can do that either with more heavy cream (as you said) or by snacking on some regular keto food. Yesterday all I are was 3 keto chows up until late that night when I decided to melt some cheese on a hamburger patty. Wasn’t really hungry so much as I wanted some cheese.
MMMMMMMM……Chocolate peanut butter Keto chow!!! Before I started this journey I was such a sugar-a-holic!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this flavor!! Very delicious!!
So if I was mixing up some Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto-Chow, I would need 60 grams of powder per shake to account for the extra peanut powder?

This stuff is great. I DIY’d a batch yesterday for today and am really impressed. At first taste my thoughts were ‘too salty’ but a couple of swigs later and I realized it’s perfect. This is my first attempt at Keto Chow and my second attempt at Keto. I think this was the missing link and why it was hard for me to stay on track with Keto the first time around. Thanks!
