Keto Chow Crepes (Savory or Sweet)

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 serving Keto Chow we recommend Chicken Soup Keto Chow for savory, and Eggnog Keto Chow for sweet
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with a blender. I use an immersion blender.
- In a greased nonstick pan (around 10”) over medium heat, pour about 3 Tbsp of mixture into the middle and then pick up the pan and spread mixture to all sides. (See video.)
- Let it cook until the edges start to lift a bit and it releases from pan when you use a spatula
- Flip and let cook for another minute.

Loved this recipe! Halved it, used Snickerdoodle KC. Filed them with keto lemon curd and fresh blueberries/raspberries. Delicious!

Can these be frozen once they are made. I live alone and this would be perfect to make individual wraps
We have not tried, but you can certainly experiment with that. You may want to place parchment paper in between each one so that they do not freeze together, and that should give you a better chance that it will work for you! :)

Most likely it’s just sugar-free whipped cream filling. I like cream cheese and strawberries, my hubby likes sour cream….but it can be whatever you would like.
I can have blini again! Make these savory, then fill with saute’d mushrooms and sour cream….yum.
