Loving this for my lunch most days. Why?

1. 1. Quick and easy to make and take with you
   2. Cost per meal is really reasonable. Delicious and nutritious lunch for under $4 (including your fat). Hard pressed to get that most places.
   3. Helped with any cravings I have had/may have had for sweets. I used to be the kind of person that could be totally cool with a 4 donut lunch or a candy bar and a piece of pie. This makes me feel like I’m getting what I want with out the sugar killing me.
   4. It keeps me full. I drink it around noon typically and usually don’t have dinner until between 6-8 PM. I do snack from time to time if I am really hungry, but most days (like 90% of the time…and typically only if I don’t eat until later) I make it to dinner and never feel depraved. If you had lunch at noon and dinner at five like a lot of people this is all you’d need. Do IF, Keto Chow for lunch, still have plenty of room left for a nice filling keto dinner.

I’ve gone through about 8 “weeks” of the 2.0 formula, which was fantastic and helps me stay keto without having to spend a lot of time prepping meals. The fact that the 2.1 thickens much and faster is the biggest difference I’ve noticed in the 3 flavors I’ve tried so far. It makes it great if you’re pressed for time and didn’t plan ahead to have one chilled. The downside is that the powder clumps up if you’re not using a wire whisk in your shake bottle. That’s an easy remedy, but worth noting.

Overall, I feel just as satiated with the new formula as the old and will continue to use this as an easy meal replacement to meet my macros.
