I don’t remember if I mentioned this earlier: when we ordered everything for Keto Chow 2.1.0, we had one place print the bags and then another place had to make the actual pouches since the first place didn’t have their pouching machine working yet. Not a big deal, except the pouching place screwed up some of the bags and we were short 15,000 – primarily Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Salted Caramel. It wasn’t a good day when I learned that. They also used the wrong zipper so it gets clogged with powder easily.

Time moves on and the place that did the printing (and is SUPER FAST!) has their poucher working. We’re running the missing 15000 bags right now – here’s what it looks like, in case you’re wondering. Please excuse the vertical video, I wasn’t the one filming it.

Anyhow, this becomes important because: Vanilla 2.1.0 is being packaged right now, we will likely see it sometime later this week and then the original 8 flavors will all be complete and then we can start making the samples for all 18 flavors of Keto Chow 2.1.0! …

Except we are almost out of Chocolate 2.1.0 because of the missing bags, the ones that are being reprinted. So we’re going to run Chocolate (and Chocolate Peanut Butter) really quick and get those packaging while we run the batches for samples. Ideally we should only be out of stock on Chocolate for a week or less. Then we can do the “week” bags of Chicken Soup and the rest of the new flavors. Still looking at June for the samples of 2.1.0 to be available.
