Snickerdoodle Keto Hot Cereal

Ingredients
- 1 serving Snickerdoodle Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds or ground chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 6 ounces water
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter adjust according to your macros
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts, toasted seeds, or nut butter optional
Instructions
- Mix together the Keto Chow, ground flax or chia, and coconut flour.
- Heat the water and heavy cream to a simmer.
- Whisk the hot water and cream into the cereal mix.
- Stir in the butter.
- Stir in the optional nuts, seeds, or nut butter if using.
- Top with more butter and cream if you would like.
- Serve piping hot.
Thank you Keto Chow for bringing hot cereal back into my life! This is just a little on the sweet side for me, so I’m going to try it without the HWC. Otherwise absolutely delish!!

This is so good! Made it pumpkin spice caramel and it was the best oatmeal/cream of wheat!
Very good. Could only eat half. Saved the other half and will warm up later. Thank you as I have missed hot cereal.
The taste was good, but seemed a little gluey. Maybe I should have added more liquid. I used ground flax seeds. Next time I’ll use ground chia seeds.
I made this with the new peaches and cream flavor, and it was phenomenal. One thing I miss from my days of carbs is the instant peaches and cream oatmeal packets. Also very good with the new Apple Pie flavor. And of course the original cinnamon is delicious as well.
OMy…I’m in heaven. My new go-to when I don’t feel like cooking. Followed the directions next up – well the choices are endless.
