Cream butter and add sweetener and eggs and combine well.
Add Keto Chow and baking powder and mix together.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop onto parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
You can use solid coconut oil in place of butter and add more sweetener for taste (It cuts the salt more).
Makes 12. Works well with VANILLA KETO CHOW.

I made these tonight with the Chocolate Toffee and they are so good!
I made these tonight. They were surprisingly tasty. What is the carbs, fat, protein ratio for each cookie?
The recipes that I make, I create a recipe in cron-o-meter and have the nutrition using the ingredients I find – that’s the big issue and the reason Amanda, Carrie Brown, and Taffiny don’t provide macros for their recipes: the ingredients you find *WILL* differ (sometimes greatly), they want people getting into the habit of working out the macros of the ingredients they have. Teach a person to fish and all that.
We have updated the recipe to reflect the ratios.
i made this recipe and it was CRAZY salty. i could barely eat one. yucky. :(
Did you use unsalted butter?? You can add more sweetener which helps too.
Is there a way to get them crispier? Also just an FYI, don’t mess up and use salted butter. They look beautiful but goodness they are salty! I was in such a hurry to mix them up I missed the “unsalted” part. ?I did bake them for almost 15 minutes and they are still very soft.
Yes it’s important to used unsalted butter! Coconut oil works great also for the future! And these are meant to be a soft cookie! You could try leaving an egg out if you wish!
yes i used unsalted butter. it’s all i buy.
I make this recipe about once a week with different flavors of KC! Today I used cookies and cream – my favorite so far. This has become my go to cookie recipe.
I have been making these regularly, for a few weeks—with salted butter by the way. I haven’t tried it with any other flavors because I can’t imagine anything tasting better than chocolate toffee with some sugar free chocolate chips. I like that it’s simple and easy to make, as well. #BachelorLife
I tossed in 2 tbsp of coconut flour and I feel the texture was better and made 14 cookies out of it, baked for almost 10 minutes
Thank you for the feedback!
Made these and added 1 tsp vanilla. Amazing. Love how versatile Keto Chow is and all the healthy benefits
Ok… I though salted be would be ok. I mean I love salt… WRONG, ? don’t try it.
Will try again with different butter. I did raspberry cheesecake.
Again epic fail
