Ketoade Electrolyte Drink
Ingredients
Blackberry Lemon Ketoade
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 sliced lemon
- 1/4 tsp Keto Chow Electrolyte, Fasting, or Magnesium Drops
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 2 tbs granulated erythritol (Swerve) adjust sweetener according to preference
Lemon Ketoade
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 sliced lemon
- 1/4 tsp Keto Chow Electrolyte, Fasting, or Magnesium Drops
- 2 tbs granulated erythritol (Swerve) adjust sweetener according to preference
Blueberry Lime Ketoade
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 sliced lime
- 1/4 tsp Keto Chow Electrolyte, Fasting, or Magnesium Drops
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tbs granulated erythritol (Swerve) adjust sweetener according to preference
Instructions
Blackberry Lemon Ketoade
- Measure 2 cups of filtered drinking water; combine with 1/4 tsp of Keto Chow Fasting Drops and 2 TBS of Swerve (add more or less Swerve according to how sweet you'd like your drink).
- Measure 1/4 cup of blackberries and slice 1/2 of a lemon.
- Add blackberries to water and smash them with a spoon.
- Squeeze the juice from each slice to the water, then add the lemon slices.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. The longer water marinates, the stronger fruit flavor it will have.
Lemon Ketoade
- Measure 2 cups of filtered drinking water; combine with 1/4 tsp of Keto Chow Fasting Drops and 2 TBS of Swerve (add more or less swerve according to how sweet you'd like your drink).
- Slice 1/2 of a lemon. Squeeze the juice from each slice to the water, then add the lemon slices.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. The longer water marinates, the stronger fruit flavor it will have.
Blueberry Lime Ketoade
- Measure 2 cups of filtered drinking water; combine with 1/4 tsp of Keto Chow Fasting Drops and 2 TBS of Swerve (add more or less Swerve according to how sweet you'd like your drink).
- Slice 1/2 of a lime. Squeeze the juice from each slice to the water, then add the lime slices.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. The longer water marinates, the stronger fruit flavor it will have.
- If you prefer filtered Ketoade, strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer, coffee filter, or cheesecloth after marinating in the fridge.
- Drink within 3-7 days. Feel free to experiment with other berries, citruses and flavors.

Way too many carbohydrates to call it Keto.
The majority of the total carbs come from the sugar alcohols in the sweetener – assuming that you are using the sweetener listed. You are very welcome to use a different sweetener such as liquid stevia drops or liquid sucralose drops. I can’t recommend powdered stevia though, that tends to be bulked up with maltodextrin, same for powdered sucralose.
