Since my wife switched from “Whole30” to keto I’ve been burning through blender bottles much quicker. We finished the last round this morning so I mixed up some chocolate fudge using all of the blender bottles that weren’t in the dishwasher. Took about 20 minutes, ended up with 10 of them. That won’t even last 2 days! First world problems I guess.

So – it’s been a month – how has your wife liked it? Thanks for any insight!
She misses potatoes still. She likes that is brings along less water bloating. Depending on how strict she has been with keto she has lost weight relatively easily; close to 5lbs in the last month. Overall I would say it’s going well.
Thanks! I’ve been keto off and on for over a year now. Hoping ketochow will help keep me on track and reach a new low. I like the idea of auto-pilot keto very much!
