Chocolate Toffee and (most of) the 2.1 Samples are now available!

This entry is part 121 of 131 in the series Ketogenic Diet

We actually got in Chocolate Toffee this morning but didn’t do an announcement until we had the samples in-hand and available so we could announce both at the same time (otherwise people who wanted both would have ordered just the Toffee and then been frustrated to have to do another other and get them combined, this is easier =)

So without further delay: we now have available the Chocolate Toffee (21 meal bag) plus we also have the individual samples of all the flavors except Chocolate Peanut Butter (there was a problem running it, they’re running it through the mixer again and we will try it at the next available slot in a week or two),  and lastly we the new variety bundle: Sample the New Things. The original sample bundle will be coming just as soon as we get the Chocolate Peanut Butter samples.

Update on 2.1 Samples: likely coming Wednesday or Thursday

First, the good news: unless something goes really wrong, we will be getting our first shipment of the large bags of Chocolate Toffee (you know, like “Heath” bars?!). They’re already loaded on the truck for delivery so we should be good to go on that.

Now the “I’m still not quite sure” news: The Chocolate Peanut Butter samples went onto the packaging line today. As the final flavor of the 18, this is excellent news! Typically they’ve been taking a day and a half to run so they might be done late Tuesday, though a more likely scenario is Wednesday morning. The most likely scenario is that we’ll be able to start picking them up either Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I expect it’ll take 2-3 trips with the big box truck to get them all onsite. Stay tuned for further updates!

Flavor of the Week July 30-Aug 5: 10% off sale on Vanilla 2.1 week packs

For the next week, you can get 10% off the 21 meal “week” size of Vanilla 2.1. Check out the reviews of 2.1 Vanilla!

Speaking of reviews (before I started rambling about shipping), you should check out our store reviews on Google, and the reviews of Keto Chow. Here’s a “taste”:

The delivery was quick. Ordered on a Tuesday night. Received the items on Friday. Can’t get much better than that.

Here’s another, should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such.

I started using Keto Chow during version 1.5 and it’s come a long way since then. I can’t think of anything I’d really change about it now! It easily measures, mixes, and digests! (At least for me)
I’m a diy guy who made my own mix for a long while, and this is the first time I’ve ran into a mix I can say is worth not making my own stuff for, and just buying it. Chris (the founder) seems to care about exactly what I care about when it comes to powder contents and logic.
That dude rocks, and so does this powder… every flavor so far!

Update on 2.1 Samples: Scheduled to be finished on Tuesday, July 31

I just got word from the place that’s packaging the 2.1 samples: they are expecting to be finished running the final few flavors on Tuesday, July 31. I’ve been estimating that we would get the samples by the end of July, that’s cutting it pretty close! I’m not sure just yet if that means we will actually get some of them on Tuesday or if we will have to wait until Wednesday to get them. I’m guessing we’re looking at somewhere along the lines of 30+ pallets of samples coming in at the same time, that’ll be fun =)

Anyway, As soon as we get the samples, I’ll do a Quality Assurance test (with all 18 flavors!) and then we can get them up as individual packages and as the sample bundles on the store. Expect to see a few more posts about this next week =)

So far we’ve really liked salted caramel 2.1 and chocolate 2.1. Customer service is great and shipping is very prompt! Thanks!

Version 2.1 has accomplished everything that it was supposed to: it’s the perfect sweetness, the powder breaks up more easily in the bottle and it feels good to drink. I’ve had the chocolate and the raspberry cheesecake, they are both great.

Flavor of the Week July 16-July 22: 10% off sale on Orange Cream 2.1 week packs

For the next week, you can get 10% off the 21 meal “week” size of Orange Cream 2.1 – this will be the first time we’ve done a sale on one of the new flavors. Check out the flavor reviews of 2.1 Orange Cream! Don’t forget that we now offer free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States for orders over $200.

Speaking of reviews, you should check out our store reviews on Google, and the reviews of Keto Chow. Here’s a “taste”:

Short version is I have lost 32 lbs of body fat after 5 months with no change in exercise or activity level. My method is a Keto Chow shake for breakfast and lunch and a keto-friendly meal for dinner – no more than 3 “cheat days” a month. The flavors are really good and I do not really get hungry between meals. I am sure that if I hit the gym a few times a week the weight would come off even faster. I still have another 11 lbs to reach my goal weight and I plan to make Keto Chow part of my maintenance plan after reaching my goal. Truly a great product.

Here’s another review, it should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such. This particular review comes from our Facebook page:

I’m not on a keto diet, at least not yet. Rather, I wanted something convenient that would also be filling while I attempt to keep my blood sugar under control and not antagonize issues I have after losing my gallbladder. And it had to be non-tortuous to consume. Not a simple task. In the search for a meal replacement shake that could help me, I discovered Keto Chow. I ordered some sample packs to try and I was more that surprised…

Keto Chow, as it turns out, checks all my boxes.

I can prep it the night before and it’s ready for when I need it, which is great. The flavor gets better and doesn’t suffer, like some other shakes, with that time to sit. But if I’m in a rush, letting it sit for a half hour works. You do have to let it sit for optimal flavor, but that’s not hard.
I feel full after consuming it for a substantial amount of time afterwards, which keeps me from snacking on things that otherwise goof me up.
My blood sugar is freakin’ stable! (HUZZAH!)

And, in regards to not having a gallbladder and little TMI — I have dumping syndrome. But I’m free of having to be near a bathroom when I eat Keto Chow. Yes, even with the high fat content from the heavy cream. I can’t guess how other people who lack a gallbladder and have this issue will respond, but I get dumping syndrome mostly from sugars/carbs, seemingly not solely fat content. I think Keto Chow’s protein content and use of Acacia Gum for fiber all works for me here but this is anecdotal theory. I have had other shakes that send me over the edge and into a deep state of regret 30 minutes post consumption. Keto Chow had no such issues, even when I drank two meals in a day. Keto Chow for the win.

Over my little trial period with Keto Chow I had some initial issues with how delicious it is. I eat when I’m hungry, not to snack, so it’s exceptionally deceiving to me that I’m actually not drinking a milkshake or other goodie. It took me awhile to kind of ‘trust’ it wasn’t going to put me in danger of adopting another chin, entering a diabetic coma, or having an Al Roker In The White House level incident.

Frankly, eating Keto Chow can feel like borderline gluttony and that I’m getting away with something, which is pretty humorous.

I highly advise trying the flavors first. I found some flavors to be more to my liking than I thought I would. Now I’m excited to try the other flavors coming out, too, and buy a larger quantity to keep stocked up on this.

To the people at Keto Chow — just keep up the good work. This is a delicious product and it’s really a convenient meal replacement. This works for so much more than just strict keto, in part because it’s well made and yummy.

Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Mint Keto Chow 2.1 now available

To recap: the plan® for Keto Chow 2.1 was to get the 8 original flavors and launch right into the 10 new flavors in a specific order, with Chocolate Mint last because we had to revise it to get a stronger chocolate and a stronger mint flavor. We’re apparently completely off plan now: The Chocolate Mint is here and available. Snickerdoodle has also arrived. The last time we had Chocolate Mint was almost exactly two years ago in July 2016 – right about when we were launching Keto Chow 1.5. Snickerdoodle hasn’t been around since the transition to 2.0 about a year and a half ago.

Anyway, We have over 1000 of each so there’s plenty for everyone to get their fix!

Currently going through my first package of Base Powder, and first try using KetoChow as a meal replacement in busy days.
The packaging, instructions and general presentation are absolutely top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised with how everything comes well together, and mixing it is a cinch.
I do need more time to give a complete review about the product itself, but so far, the meals I have subbed with KC have been amazingly great. I haven`t felt weakness or undue hunger yet at all.
Lastly, the customer experience has been nothing short of perfect. The initial contact during purchase was swift and polite, and the package arrived halfway across the world in jaw-dropping time.
So far, I`m convinced to be a long term customer of KC!

Here’s another review, it should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such:

Started off with the sample pack, now buy the week bags without hesitation – even the new flavors. Great nutrition, taste and customer service. I have tried shakes with heavy whipping cream and MCT oil. Both versions are delicious.

Orange Cream Keto Chow (and other flavors) Creamsicles

Keto Chow is designed to be simple and convenient, but some times you might get bored with drinking it as a shake. Here’s how to freeze it into a creamsicle! We used a set of stainless steel forms because the reviews were excellent and they look like they’ll last forever.
