Speaking of reviews, you should check out our store reviews on Google, and the reviews of Keto Chow. Here’s a “taste”:
I really enjoyed the first batch of keto chow that I bought and just bought both sample packs so I could try them all. The company answered questions quickly and shipped very quickly as well.
Here’s another review, it should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such:
Chocolate is a pretty straightforward flavor for most diet products I’ve tried, and it’s not done well much of the time or it includes sweeteners with a high Glycemic index. Ketochow makes it easy to love as a meal supplement or, in my case, a 3 meal per day replacement. My blood sugars weren’t quite where I wanted them, and ketochow was an easy way to know exactly what was going in (rather than trying to guess my protein intake). Two weeks later I feel great and my blood glucose where I want it (consistently under 100). The huge advantage is now I dont have to fret about what I’m going to cook when I get home or where I can find a keto friendly meal. Great product by great folks.
We used a 9 donut mold to make these and it’s been fantastic with any flavor of Keto Chow that we’ve tried. To get the nutrition info I made a recipe in cron-o-meter, which is what we prefer for tracking your food. Recipe originally by Cristy Davis from the Sofa King Facebook group (I think Kristina Wells helped too).

We’ve sent stuff fo Keto Connect to review before, they do keep making small errors mixing it up (didn’t use enough water this time, used olive instead of avocado oil) but anytime you make it through their review on a positive, it’s a win! Matt doesn’t pull any punches and if your product is stupid, he won’t hold back. One of these times I’m going to get them to use heavy cream – just you WAIT!
The Keto Chow fun starts at the 9:17 mark but I’d recommend watching the whole thing. And subscribing to their YouTube channel.
For the next week, you can get 20% off the 21 meal “week” size of Vanilla 2.1 – That brings the price down from $64 for a 21 meal pack down to $51.20! Vanilla is a really versatile flavor and lends itself to all kinds of hacking and tomfoolery =) On a recent thread in the KetoChow subreddit We had a bit of awesomeness from MrCharismatist about Vanilla:
What’ll really blow your mind is that all you need is Vanilla and some bottles of Torani sugar free syrup.
Vanilla + Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough syrup is fantastic.
Vanilla + Orange tastes strangely like Froot Loops in a good way.
Vanilla + Red Raspberry is dead on “Red Snow Cone”.
As to Chicken Soup, there’s no need to overthink it and boil water in a kettle to a certain temp. As long as it’s still warm after you put cream or butter in it, it’s fine. My kitchen sink is shockingly hot and I just use it straight.
I’ve got six weeks of chocolate, sevenish of chicken Soup left. When I reorder it’s going to be all Vanilla and Chicken Soup.
To which LavernicaDeLuca replied:
Absolutely agree with the vanilla is all you need. It’s an amazing base for adding flavors. I love adding peanut butter to vanilla, it’s a dream come true for a peanut butter fanatic like me, I just use PB as the oil, it’s amazing. And of course, vanilla is great on its own too. It’s definitely my favorite KC.
There’s also this entire thread just about Vanilla Keto Chow and how versatile it is, give it a read. There’s even more fun, check out the flavor reviews of 2.1 Vanilla!

My sons introduced me to Keto Chow and I loved it. So I bought Snickerdoodle, Raspberry Cheesecake, and Root Beer. I love them, they are so good! Not only do they fill me up, I do not want to eat an hour later. The flavors are really great. I feel like I am drinking a root beer float. My hardest part was learning how to make them so they are not too frothy. I figured that out by using ice in place of some of the water…OH MAN, it is the difference I was looking for! I LOVE KETO CHOW!!

This stuff is so good! Great company. There was a small mistake when I received my order (it happens), but it was taken care of very quickly and professionally. I am going through my samples now, and plan to order several large bags of my favorites when I finish. I have recommended this company to several people, and a few have already placed orders for their own samples. Keep up the great work!

The flavor is amazing. I wake up every day looking forward to drinking this shake. I use 3.5 ounces of heavy cream, 17 ounces of water and one scoop. It usually last 3-4 hours before I am hungry again. That would be my only complaint. I usually eat a few pecans to hold me over until lunch. I have also lost a pretty good bit of weight since I started drinking these shakes.
I’ve been calling the place doing the packaging for the Chocolate Peanut Butter samples several times a day trying to get more details on their schedule. Yesterday I finally got some info: 3 weeks estimated completion date. Dang. That puts it in mid-September, and oddly close to International Talk Like a Pirate Day – I guess that’s cool but it sucks that it’ll take so long. The only possible positive is they often are able to do jobs faster than anticipated so it might be a bit faster, Arrrr – just don’ be holdin’ yer breath matey.
At 8 PM Eastern (That’s 7 Central, 6 Mountain, or 5 Pacific) we will be joining Carrie Brown on her weekly Facebook Live event. Set your alarms! The live video will initially appear on her Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/flamingavocado and we’ll make sure to put it on ours as well.
For the next week, you can get 10% off the 21 meal “week” size of Chocolate Toffee 2.1. Chocolate Toffee (Heath Candy Bar) is somewhat unique among the flavors: most of the flavors are a result of Chris saying “I want this flavor”; Chocolate Toffee was an unconditional mandate by Miriam and is consequently her favorite flavor. Check out the flavor reviews of 2.1 Chocolate Toffee!
Speaking of reviews, you should check out our store reviews on Google, and the reviews of Keto Chow. Here’s a “taste”:
Toffee scent is exact, pleasant. The chocolate flavor is pretty is light, to me it tastes similar to ( my favorite) Snickerdoodle flavor, with a toffee finish. Probably going to be one of my go-to flavors.
Here’s another review, it should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such. This particular review actually comes from a recommendation on Facebook:
I ordered a the sampler of the 10 new flavors, and there hasn’t been a single one that I didn’t like! I love how easy they are to prepare, and I look forward to drinking them everyday! I just placed my second order. Shipping is super fast, and I highly recommend this product and company to anyone!
Some people are really excited about Pumpkin Spice Caramel Keto Chow (we think Kristina is adorable BTW),
Personally, I’m more excited about the Eggnog =) Regardless of where you stand on the debate, it’s like the holidays came early today! Both Eggnog and Pumpkin Spice Caramel just passed quality control and are available right NOW. This actually is a big moment: ALL of the 18 flavors are now in stock and available in the big bags and everything but Chocolate Peanut Butter is available in the samples. I’m super stoked!
