Pumpkin Spice Caramel Bon Bons
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 ounces unsalted butter softened
- 1 serving Pumpkin Spice Caramel Keto Chow (or 1 scoop)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp powdered sweetener like Swerve
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans finely ground
Instructions
- Place cream cheese, butter, pumpkin puree, Keto Chow, sweetener and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Beat with electric mixer until fully combined.
- Scoop out 1 tablespoon at a time and roll into balls, then roll to coat in the ground pecans.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
