This stuff is amaaaazing. I’ve tried so many different keto shakes and brands trying to find a flavor I like and I just really dislike all of them. My problem is the artificial sweeteners that are used, I just really dislike the flavor of them and they seem to over power every shake I’ve had but not Keto Chow! The only flavors I didn’t love was the Chocolate (hubs loved the chocolate though) and Mocha. It just had some of that same after taste that I found amongst other brands of shakes that I personally dislike, nothing against Keto Chow, that’s just my taste buds. So far my favorite is Snickerdoodle, it was like drinking cookie dough. They really remind me of milkshakes!
I use HWC and water, filling the shaker up a majority of the way to keep it thinner (personal preference).
Going to try out a couple more flavors that are screaming at me and the soup flavors which I’m very much looking forward to after these samples.
I use these as lunch replacements at work. I don’t eat breakfast, drink the shake between 12:30-1 which fills me up and keeps me full until around six p.m. so it definitely is filling.
I’ve read that some people have a problem with it chunking up, I didn’t have this issue. My only mixing problem was the powder wanting to stick to the sides and in the crevices of the textured part of the shaker. I’d just have my hubs shake it for me if I couldn’t get it off the edge or just run a spoon along the sides, shake again and put in the fridge. It’s all mixed up great.

All in all, great flavor options, great taste, very filling and a great consistency.

I got the starter bundle bc for the price it’s amazing even to just try it out.
I’ve come back for seconds. Thirds even!
I fell in love with the strawberry, banana, Chocolate, caramel, oh who am I kidding I haven’t have one I don’t like yet!
I love it! And the price for just the singles if perfect since I really like the diversity it offers me. Maybe one day they will roll out with some smaller bags and I can get those stocked up as well.
