I’ve been keto for 1.5 years. Just tried these for the first time last week. I have enjoyed every single flavor I’ve tried. I have made these with lactose free hwc, butter, avocado oil and mct oil to test the effect on flavors. To my mind all taste really good! I’m going to try a whole month of just keto chow after reading some of the blogs on it. Thanks for the great product!
why does sodium too high? I have high blood pressure, on medication. I’d rather to avoid high sodium. Please explain.
