In case you missed the earlier posts, I’m going to be doing 100 days of straight Keto Chow starting on January 2. I also set up a DietBet challenge for anyone that needs a little motivation to achieve their own goals in 2019, it will run for 4 weeks and you still have time to join in and win some Keto Chow gift certificates. You aren’t required to do only Keto Chow for 3 meals a day like I’m going to be doing (nobody is going to come over and police you =) but if you’d like to, hey it’s an option! Here’s another review, it should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such:
The shake is great, but the ziplock closure on the bag is terrible. It makes it a huge pain to get the bag closed and moving it quite often opens the bag back up.
The bad zipper issue is caused by a batch of bags we got that, frankly, didn’t have the zipper we specified and said zipper isn’t designed for powder. There are 3 ways to deal with it:
- Take a toothpick and clean out the zipper.
- Use “flour and sugar” lidded storage containers – you can find these at your local stores or online.
- (my preferred solution) Give the zipper a few good flicks with your fingernail:

I hopefully entered the contest properly. My name is John Fisher please see if it shows up. I’m going to confess something. During the holidays I decided to fall off the wagon so I consumed 10 quarts of ice cream two pizzas six cream fills and a bunch of other junk. Because I decided on 2 January I was going to go 100% ketogenic. So I made 36 keto chow shakes and by accident I found out about this contest on the same day that I started a plan to go 100% ketogenic. So I had no idea this contest existed till today but this will give me more incentive to stay on track to become the lean mean running machine that I was 30 days ago especially when you add the 15 days of solid ignorance of me eating everything that wasn’t glued down.
