When I was researching protein powders and stuff after I decided to start the keto diet I fortunately stumbled across keto Chow. This stuff tastes great unlike a lot of other products and is nutritionally balanced for someone on a keto diet. In addition it’s not just a hundred calorie protein powder but a full meal replacement which is unusual.their custom nutrition calculator makes it super easy for me to meet my macro and caloric goals each day and the product itself taste amazing extremely smooth the longer you let it refrigerate before you drink and reminds me of a rich melted ice cream. I was struggling with a KETO life change. Then I met Chris and his wife. I went to a few meeting and learned
I was making it harder then it actually it. Thanks to them I stuck it out, used a couple of web sites they gave me.
Have some really good KETO meal plans. Most importantly I have lost 22 lbs, and 3 pant sizes down.
Thanks you guys, you are the reason for my successful life style change, and I am feeling much better with KETO
