Here’s another review, it should be noted that I publish all of the reviews that come in – bad or good – as they are, typos intact. The only ones I remove are spam posts from people wanting you to buy pills to “enhance performance” and such.

The flavor is amazing. I wake up every day looking forward to drinking this shake. I use 3.5 ounces of heavy cream, 17 ounces of water and one scoop. It usually last 3-4 hours before I am hungry again. That would be my only complaint. I usually eat a few pecans to hold me over until lunch. I have also lost a pretty good bit of weight since I started drinking these shakes.
