We’re back from our cruise – did you miss us? =) Our minions did an awesome job keeping everything running while we were out. We did a 4 day cruise with all our kids down to Baja California (Catalina Island and Ensenada). This last week was the longest I’ve gone without Keto Chow for years – I still did keto on the cruise and it wasn’t hard to do at all – if in doubt you just head over to the burger grill nad get some patties with cheese, then throw some bacon at it. Man, I ate a lot of bacon.
As for the sale, you know the drill by now: we’re having a 15% sale on the “Gourmet Vanilla” flavor Keto Chow.
I started using Keto Chow in July of this year 2016. My son-in-law had been using it and was losing weight at a fairly good rate, and without doing much exercise. I’m usually a skeptic when it comes to quick weight loss diets fades, as they seem to lose steam rather quickly, and back comes the weight.
After a couple months and some researching of Keto Chow, and ketogenic diets I decided to give it a try. Not being extremely over weight, maybe 30-35 lbs., I decided to get back into a good daily exercise routine, and change my diet.
Along with exercise I started doing 3 Keto drinks a day. I added some veggies and cooked salmon 2-3 times a week. The salmon was recommended by my family Doctor in place of fish oil caps, as it a natural way to get the omega 3 oils. I started the exercise in mid June and had lost a few pounds prior to starting the Keto drinks. I stayed with this plan until late September when we went on a ten day vacation. I left the plan during that time, but had lost almost 22 lbs. at that point. I ate a drank pretty much what I wanted, but not to extremes. I had only gained 2 lbs. by the time we came home, (mostly water weight) which I lost within days of returning to 3 drinks per day. At this writing I am down 30 lbs. and have cut down to 2 drinks per day, and eating one low or no carb meal. I’m continuing my exercise, and hope to drop the last 5 lbs. by Christmas. Not sure how long I will keep using Keto Chow, but I have become sort of lazy now about cooking because the drinks are so easy to do in advance. Since I am the main cook in the house my wife has had to suffer along by eating what is good for us. She still works and gets two of her meals there, so I only have to cook one anyway.
I have become convinced about Keto’s benefits and have recommended it to some my friends and family who could stand to lose a few pounds too without all the hassle of preparing special meals. One of those who has seen my results is a male nurse, and is seriously looking into tying Keto Chow to help him lose weight.
Keto Chow has my full support and I’m glad Chris is entrepreneur enough to come up with this product.
Thanks, keep up the good work
