There are nine “essential” amino acids. Meaning, your body can’t synthesize them: phenylalanine, valine, threonine, tryptophan, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, lysine, and histidine. You can find all nine in both protein-types of Keto Chow.

Yes, they are intended to be meal replacement shakes. Many of our customers have only Keto Chow for their meals…in fact, our owner did 100 days of only Keto Chow. Sometimes adding additional protein, like packs of salmon or tuna also help and give you that chewing your body may miss out but that part is optional. Good luck.
